Hi @pluto2493, In order to pipe in the answer choices from an external sources, you may upload the database to Contacts field. Then, you will need to declare the variables in Survey Flow. On the question text, click on Piped Text and select Embedded Data Field. For an example, this will put something like ${e://Field/FirstName} into the field. Hi @Deep, You may pipe the text as the default value. Firstly, click the gear on the left of the question and select Add Default Choices. From there, you can choose what you want there: embedded data, prior question, etc. This will put something like ${e://Field/FirstName} into the field. Hi @mjay, You may would like to consider to add an Text Entry type of question after the satisfaction question and where this Text Entry question will only be Displayed (using Display Logic) if a certain rating has been answered. Moreover, I would suggest you can add text (for an example) in your Text Entry question, "You have rated 3, please explain" Thank you.

I would think that it is not possible to do so (numerical validation in a Open Text format in a range) and you may read more here (https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/editing-questions/question-types-guide/standard-content/side-by-side/#OpenEndedTextColumns). Alternatively, what I would suggest to work on a different type of question apart from side by side, then you will be able to set the numerical validation that you are currently looking for. I came across Qualtrics a couple years back when I was in a research agency and they have just started to use it when I am about to leave! In my current work, like most of us here, I have used Qualtrics for my day to day work and I love working on it! The reason why surrounds on how its user friendly and easy navigation to build the survey that I have wanted to. And of course, all would not be smooth sailing when my end stakeholders proposed and suggested to edit the survey or add additional functions in the survey. That's where I started to Google with the keyword of Qualtrics (looking for answers) and it has brought me to here, the Community - where all the users globally gathered their thoughts, sharing their experiences, provide their advises that will definitely give a helping hand to the community for those who are seeking answers. Hi @Mike_Shaw3012, I would suggest that you export the surveys via the Data & Analysis tab. Once it is exported, you will be able to see the column of Progress and Finished. If both Progress and Finished show 100 and TRUE, this means that the respondent has completed the survey. Hi Arun, You should still be able to see the score as you will either need to choose NPS group or Numeric Value from the question.
Hi Arun, In a NPS type of question, in the Reports tab, you will be able to see the percentages of Detractor, Passive and Promoter populated automatically. You may also customize your Analysis using Cross tab at the Reports tab as well.
Under the Data & Analysis tab, you will be able to see Recorded Responses on your right of your screen, while you can have the option to Export the data in the format of CSV as well.

Hi everyone, Previously, I have added in the code below to change the word "Next" to "Submit" in the Summary page as guided by Shashi.
