Adding explanation field based on low rating on a scale question
How can I add an entry field for people to explain their low rating on a scale question (e.g. low satisfaction)? It should show right away when a low entry is made ( in my case 0-3 out of a maximum scale of 6) and not only when they clicked "proceed" and cannot see their rankings anymore.

@mjay If you choose to show the question "In Page" then you do not have to click proceed. See screenshot for an example of how to set this up.!

You may would like to consider to add an Text Entry type of question after the satisfaction question and where this Text Entry question will only be Displayed (using Display Logic) if a certain rating has been answered.
Moreover, I would suggest you can add text (for an example) in your Text Entry question, "You have rated 3, please explain"

Yes, I did that but the dispaly logic can only ork if they have clicked proceed I am guessing?
