Hi TomG Thank you for the prompt response, I tried to configure the embedded data in survey flow, however I just wanted to check if my approach is correct here, so that I can configure it as per my requirement.Option 1: I've manually added the metadata field "department" and set its value as participant metadata department, assuming that any department should be considered for email alert trigger, will make sure all department names to be mentioned in Actions config as per my previous comment.Option 2: I've manually added the metadata field "department" and hard coded its value as "Human Resources" assuming that only this department should be applicable for email trigger and the same department name will be mentioned in Actions config.Appreciate your thoughts here :)
Hi TomG Thank you for the response, if i correctly understood you, i need to create the following in actions Since I've configured as TopicExists (which holds key words) for my questions in survey elements, In actions, I made them as embedded data field and set them as true, and then the email body contains the embedded data fieldlet me know if my understanding is correct here.Thank you,Pradyp

@MattBroffman_Orlando To add more details on my requirement, my client intends to have a connection between Glassdoor and Qualtrics, having this connection the sediment data shall be transferred to Qualtrics Text IQ and analyze the sediment and offer clusters of reason’s why alumni have left the organization. These information will not be collected via survey but from the sentiment of the comments provided on Glassdoor. Furthermore we plan to establish a Text IQ feature assuming that it will analyze given exit interview responses according to key words. Also we want that analysis to trigger a kind of workflow that alerts specific stakeholders in case keywords are mentioned in the responses. I believe this all can be achieved via Actions, however regarding comments in Glassdoor, we do also need to configure it via Actions-->Tasks-->Webservices? or is there any different setup? Currently we have SuccessFactors as a cloud system, do you see any possibility that we can integrate the
Hi @MattBroffman_Orlando Thank you for the quick response, to be more precise on my requirement, my client wants to conduct exit surveys via Glassdoor. And also wants to get notified via a workflow/notification to the admin user, if in case there are any negative/abusive words used against the company which might impact their branding, I'm thinking of Text IQ here but not sure if we can automatically notify the admin when it identifies any negative words. Hi Jen, Thank you for the reply, I do agree with you, and have already read that link before. Since my customer is using Successfactors and wants to run 360 feedback survey, they want to get those feedbacks into Successfactors, also they want to keep the users in sync (SF-Qualtrics) So, we are looking for other possible work arounds, do you have anything in mind to achieve this? or have you faced any Successfactors customer opted for Qualtrics. what would you suggest in my situation.
@Akdashboard Thank you for the reply, I was going through the support page on Kiosk mode and got few hints already, was also keen on looking into kiosk machines (like ATM machines, etc) as there are some factory workers in Industrial sectors who want to use the survey using them. Since there are limitations using Kiosk mode only on tablets/androids so need to check how it works in my scenario.
@JenCX Hi Jen, Thank you for the reply, may be my question was not straight - my bad. I want to understand in Employee Experience on how to use Kiosk machines for a 360 & Pulse survey. There are few users who don't have email ID's, so we plan to use Kiosk machines for them to use both surveys. Is it possible to do so within EX? if yes, what should be the considerations? Currently for those users (approx 300 employees) client prints and hand out letters, as they are not part of any HRIS system and don't have email addresses maintained.

Hi Rett, Thank you for the response. I do follow the same method (like testing everytime) while creating a new question, and haven't got the desired output during my test run. I appreicate if you can let me know how you have got the error message while drag n dropping more than required items. Hi Jen, Thank you for the reply, i do have the distribute survey enabled ! but I'm unable to find the distributions tab within the survey ! let me be more precise on my requirement, here is my question, Is Qualtrics able to do a kind of self-registration of external people? We want to post the survey in social media and ask people to click a link. This should take them to Qualtrics so that they can take the survey. They would need to fill in their name, company etc because we want to provide feedback to them.
