Hello everyone, For my master thesis, me and my colleagues will visit multiple colleges to have the students complete a survey. The students will have been informed about the survey beforehand and time normally spend on lectures has been reserved for them to participate. We decided to be there in person, so students could ask any questions directly, and to confirm only the intended student population will fill in the survey. Next to the digital survey on Qualtrics, we will have student fill in a paper consent form. I've been told a digital consent form is not an option for us. This means I need a system that will link each consent form to the participant's data. If, for instance, one participant decides she doesn't want us to use her data after all, we'd have to know what data to remove. My idea was to print unique codes on the consent forms and have the first question of the survey ask participants to fill in that unique code. While this would work, a simple typo would ruin the l
I have an NPS question, for which I added CSS to it's buttons so it has a gradient of colors like this: ! The CSS code that I used for the first button is: label#QID1-0-label.SingleAnswer{ background-color :#B61C1E !Important; color: white; } Before, when I clicked any of the buttons, a box would appear around the button, but now it doesn't appear anymore, so the person taking the survey can't see what they have selected. How would you do in CSS to add box around the button on click? Thanks
Hello, I created a matrix table for my survey questions. When I tested out the link for the survey and attempted to run through the survey I created, the matrix table seemed cut off. I went back to edit the questions by adjusting the width of the columns containing my statements (by clicking and dragging on the vertical line to the left of my statements). Despite having done this and re-publishing my survey, the matrix tables are still cut off. Does anyone know why? Is there a fix? Thank you!
Hello, I have just created a dashboard that includes the data collected from a survey. However, when a new answer is entered and finished, it does not appear on the dashboard. Is there some kind of latency ?
We have built our CX dashboards and these use multiple survey sources. As these survey sources will be visible to end users if they expand the filter choices, we have been asked to rename our sources. So in the 'projects' page we have renamed this source and when we view the 'dashboard data' tab the source shows the new name. However, in the dashboard itself the old name persists. I have tried to re-index the dashboard too and still the old name persists. Does anyone know how we can have the new data set source values show in the dashboard filters? Thanks
Wondering if anyone has had success creating a Contact Import Automation in XM directory with Google Drive as the Import Source? I've tried a couple ways but I get an error that it does not like the format of my file folder path.
Hi. I have a bipolar matrix with a 7-point scale. Even with the mobile friendly option chosen, the question needs to be horizontally scrolled on Mobile. Is there a solution to fit it on the screen? Thank you.
I noticed that while using crosstabs gives me the option to exclude a value while recoding (for example, if I ask a question on a scale of 1-10 and give a 'Not sure' option which I then don't want to be part of the average), I haven't been able to find this option when displaying the data in the Reports section. It seems that the 'average' for a given question in the Reports relies on the recoding of values in the Survey section itself which does not give the option to exclude. Is there a way around this when using Reports? Thanks!
