Hi! I'd like to send a thank you mail to respondents in a Directory List that finished a survey after the data collection has been paused. I'd like to send a different mail to respondents in the same Directory List that did not participate or complete the survey.Since the thank you mail does not work with an inactive survey, I thoug I'd do it with a workflow. Perhaps with a time trigger (that I then trigger manually) and a WebService task tha gets the List ID from the Directory. Is this the way to go? Or is there an easier method? Is there a way to shedule a thank you mail after closing a survey?
HiI downloaded the same database in 2 different days and in the date and time i have a difference of one hour between the first and the second download.I have no idea of what is causing this difference, do you guys have any idea of why this may have happened?
I have a list of poor responses I need to delete from data & analysis tab and remove from quota (working with a panel provider). I have about 200 responses to delete. Is there a way to search for all 200 id’s at once?

Hi, I am looking to take a random subset of responses given by a participant and pipe it into follow up questions. I am asking participant to come up with as many memories as possible in a 2 min span using a form field question with 60 response boxes. Then I would like to randomly select 8 of their responses to ask a set of questions about each. I am unsure how to pipe the responses to the questions randomly. Additionally, there is no guarantee that someone will respond with 60 memories, so I need a way to make sure the 8 responses are attached to a box they filled out. Do I need to use JavaScript or the randomizer? Thank you!
Is there a way that I can create a dashboard of all of my contacts in XM Directory? The response funnel doesn't accomplish what I need because that is based on surveys. What I want is a dashboard showing me my current directory contacts. For example, if I have 5000 contacts in the directory then I would want to see 5000 as the total count in my dashboard. I'd then want to have the ability to graphically break that down by embedded data or even have a records grid listing all of the contacts with their information. Absent a direct connection between the directory and the dashboard, is there a workaround? For example, is there a way to automate a nightly extract of all contacts and then have that pull into a survey or external data project?
