Hello,We would like to set up a stay interview survey template within Qualtrics. The first section would go to an employee and the second half would be filled out by the manager. The manager likely has multiple employee reports. We would also want all of the data associated with the employee and the manager's name to be captured in the survey (using a contact list). Any suggestions for how to send the same survey link with an appended variable (manager or employee) without a lot of manual work?Thank you!Megan
We included an eNPS (employee Net Promoter Score) question in our Employee Engagement Survey, but because EX doesn't have an NPS question type we asked it using a standard multiple choice (single option) question type. However, we want to present the NPS score in the results dashboard...is there a way to set this up in the dashboard so it shows the calculated NPS score in addition to simply showing the promoter/passive/detractor scores using the standard positive/Neutral/negative way of presenting results? And a product idea would be to include an NPS question type in EX platform as we use eNPS a lot.
Hi. Was wondering if anyone knows whether it is possible to create Tickets based on words identified through Text IQ?
What is difference between these two (last activity and start of survey)? So, for instance, we sent out a new survey on 7/1/2020.If I choose, 'start of survey' and a respondent opens up or clicks the link on the survey link on 7/25/2020, he/she can do the survey until 8/25/2020?Thanks in advance.
Hi,At SAPPHIRE conference, the following was shown in one of the sessions:https://youtu.be/7J2L3mTdQjU?t=1283 When you leave feedback in a freetext box, Qualtrics can detect the topic & sentiment, and trigger an action to another system like slack/zendesk depending on the detected topic. Now, as far as I know, in the Action framework when you trigger on "Survey Response", TextIQ hasn't run yet. You don't know the topic/sentiment yet. See also idea https://www.qualtrics.com/community/discussion/7610/action-ticket-or-email-based-on-textiq-topic-and-or-sentiment.So how does it work then, what Kylan explains in the video?
Please I need help attaching a document to my survey where my respondents can make comments to the attached document as well Please is this possible? And if it is, how do I go about this? Thanks Temi Labinjo student number 25038070
my requirement is as follows:User selects a value from a dropdown listIn case dropdown doesn't include value matching to user's needs he/she can include one thru a free text questions.I want to display the final selection by user on subsequesnt pages. so if user chooses a predefined value from dropdown then display this or if he defines his own value in the textbox than display this.any suggestions will be greatly apreciated.
Hi all! Does anyone know how I can add a filter to my survey that tells me how many questions have been answered? I have a progress column, but I'd like to know how many trials each participant sat through, thanks in advance!
Hello! This is a bit of a weird setup. I'm making a 2-way interactive survey to enroll people via an access code. As it is access code, I cannot send out the survey in multiple languages via the 'translate survey' tool. SO, instead, I am using branch logic. The first question asks their preferred language, then they get the same set of questions, but only in their language (copy and pasted into the editor). Even the end of surveys/validations will be done manually like this. My question is this:Is there a way to create an embedded data field or something (I'm not even sure what) that populates based on the answer to any of the same question, but potentially different languages? For example, when I ask their age and I have 3 different languages, the new field I would like to create would populate whether they answered the english one, the spanish one, or the chinese one. I would like this data to be analyzable and added to the contact list as well. Any and all help would be appreciated!
