Hi,We are working on creating some dashboards for frontline team members to view guest feedback. As part of these dashboards we are wanting to include some response tables with examples of real customer verbatim related to specific topics.Our issue is that these dashboards will be visible to all frontline team members, and we want to avoid including verbatim where a customer has named a specific employee in their feedback, as to not 'name and shame' the employee in these visible dashboards.Has anyone ever faced this issue? Are there any tools available in Text IQ or elsewhere that could help detect a name within text, and allow us to filter these out?Thank you in advance!
Hi,I have an intercept that I am wanting to trigger on exit intent, however not after the customer has successfully submitted a website form. The challenge is that the URL does not change after the form is submitted.I have tried to limit the pop-up from triggering to only when certain text is visible on page, however this doesn't seem to be working correctly.The Javascript expression I was entering in the targeting criteria is belowdocument.body.textContent.includes("First name")With the criteria of the above expression equal to True.Can anyone point out where I might be going wrong? Hi All, I have a challenge I am hoping someone might be able to assist with. We have a website feedback survey that we’re hoping to intercept as a pop-up only after a certain duration of ‘dwell time’ - when a website visitor has been on the website but not clicked, scrolled or made a keystroke for a certain duration. Unfortunately this isn’t an option within the built-in Qualtrics website intercept targeting conditions. I suspect the best option may be using the targeting logic for Website > ‘Javascript Expression’. Is there anyone that could assist with a Javscript expression which would = True if the website visitor has dwelled for a certain number of seconds? Appreciate any help on this, or alternative ideas. Hi,I am using the Qualtrics classic layout, and have applied some Javascript to transform an NPS question from the standard square boxes, to some circles. It is also controlling the colour formatting of the response options (screenshot, and Javascript below).The issue I am facing is the formatting of the response option when selected. (please note I have auto-advance switched on) I would like it to go deep purple when selected (#512698), however the background colour remains purple. If I click 'back' and return to the page, it is purple, just not when it is first selected and still focused. I have a question about something we’re trying to achieve on our mobile app.A summary of what attempting to achieve is:Integrate an organic call to action (survey invite) button following certain experiencesThe survey CTA needs to be a native button within our app. This would essentially be an embedded URL behind the CTA button to open the Qualtrics survey.We would like to utilise the Qualtrics SDK to enable us to efficiently pass Embedded Data with customer and product details to Qualtrics.Question: We are unsure whether we’re able to embed a URL in our own CTA button (as opposed to a traditional Qualtrics mobile app intercept) whilst still utilising the capability to smoothly pass through embedded data using the SDK capability.Has anyone come across this same situation? Hi all,We currently have an experience survey where NPS is asked at the end of our survey flow. We are considering moving the NPS question to the beginning of the survey, and I would like to assess the impact this will have on overall scores.Therefore I would like to know if there is a way I can use the randomizer to display the same NPS question, at the start of the survey for 50% of responders, and at the end for the other 50%. The rest of the body of the survey will be the same for everyone.I can't work out how to do this without duplicating the entire survey flow.Appreciate any advice that people may have.
