I have a question about something we’re trying to achieve on our mobile app.

A summary of what attempting to achieve is:

  • Integrate an organic call to action (survey invite) button following certain experiences

  • The survey CTA needs to be a native button within our app. This would essentially be an embedded URL behind the CTA button to open the Qualtrics survey.

  • We would like to utilise the Qualtrics SDK to enable us to efficiently pass Embedded Data with customer and product details to Qualtrics.

  • Question: We are unsure whether we’re able to embed a URL in our own CTA button (as opposed to a traditional Qualtrics mobile app intercept) whilst still utilising the capability to smoothly pass through embedded data using the SDK capability.

Has anyone come across this same situation? Appreciate any feedback.
