Hi all,
After discussion with the Qualtrics service desk, I just posted the below question to the new product idea forum.
However I thought I'd take a long shot and pose the question here to see if anybody has any magic ideas or suggestions? Thanks in advance.

- Current Problem: We use the 'User attribute' filter option in CX dashboards to provide personalised reporting to our team members. However we have a dataset where multiple employees may have been tagged against each survey record (eg EmployeeID#1, EmployeeID#2, etc). These employee ID fields 1-5 are all separate fields in the dataset).
- We need employees to be filtered on survey results for survey responses they were involved with (their employee ID could exist in any of those fields from 1 to 5), therefore we would need an advanced filter logic to say 'User attribute employee ID' matches 'Employee ID#1' OR matches 'EmployeeID#2' etc.
- Current Solution (if applicable): This is not currently possible.
- Possible Solution: There could be two possible solutions for our challenge:
- 1. If User Attribute fields work with an advanced filter OR logic, therefore getting the dashboard to filter on results if the users ID is found in any one of the five employee ID fields
- 2. User Attribute filters worked on numeric or text value fields (as opposed to numeric or text sets) and we could therefore concatenate all employee ID fields together and the dashboard filters on survey results where that field 'contains' the user attribute ID.
- Purpose / Use Case: This would allow us to deliver personalised CX dashboards to our team members, with datasets where more than one staff member is associated with a customer survey result.
