Bucketing multi value question

Hi, Im trying to bucket multiple choice question to groups.The standard bucketing feature converts it to single choice. I tried to do branch logic but its only storing the last value captured like belowin the above case if the condition is valid for both it will store only the second value “outdoor patio experience” Can you please help with it. Kind regards,Praveen

Screen out based on date difference

Combining age (Bucketed) and age survey question.

Hi all,I have 2 questions in the survey with age.1st is a Bucketed variable. (Bucked from the age received through URL) 2nd is a a question asked in survey.The 2nd question is asked if only “AGE” is not received through URL.Both are in the below format.18-24 25-34 35-44 45-54 55-64 65+I would like to report this in dashboard combined. How will I combine both together.Thank youPraveen

NPS scale 0 missing in dashboard widget

Hi All Im building a dashboard from a database with 6 surveys. Survey 2 has got 3 NPS question.For some reason 1st 2 NPS question scale is correct.The 3rd NPS scale in dashboard widget is not showing 0. Its starting from 1 to 10.In the data source I can see 0 to 10.What could be the reason the 0 is missing in the widget. Please find below the screenshot.

Multi choice text question not reporting as separate codes by comma.

Hi, Context:I have got 3 surveys.  All 3 have  got an embedded data called “ExpType” All 3 are set as “Multi Text Set” All 3 are combined in the dashboard data source section as 1. The combined variable is also set as “Multi text set”Problem,When reporting I created 3 horizontal bar chart.The data from survey 1 is showing everything correctly and the codes are separated by comma and treated separately.In Survey 2 the comma is not separating the data and its treated as kind of single choice. Please find below screenshot with the highlighted reference.  Thank you,Praveen

Data upload showing some Chinese texts

Hi All, When I try to upload a csv file with embedded data field, in the mapping page Im getting these chinese scrips for some reason. There is no  long texts in the file. and no chinese. There are only some ids, gender and age Does anyone has faced similar issue.

Updating or inserting embedded data to the completes surveys

Hi All,Iv got a problem inserting embedded data to completed surveys.I have a survey which has got few responses missing embedded data like TagShowDate    screenOut    TagCountry    TagCity    CustomerID    TagExpType    TagAgeThese values are missing due to an internal reason.I have a seperate .csv file with response ID and all the above embedded data. How will I update or insert the data in my csv to the completes responses?Is there a way without using API?If API is the only way can you guide some deep insight on how to do it as I dont have nothing related to API? PS: The leads are not in directory. The survey is through anonymised link. The customer ID was passed through query string url. Thanks a millionPraveen

Tag or Background data not populating for some responses.

HiI'm in a bit difficult situation and wonder if someone could throw some light to the issue.Context:I have set up a survey which is live at the moment.The survey is sent from SFMC and the first question is embedded in the invite in SFMC. I have added individual scale links to the scale in invite.Some background data's are added in the url through query string.It is encrypted using Base 64 format.Problem:When the survey started to collect data, around 50% of completes are missing the background data.I checked to see any issues in the lead file format is causing the issue, but all looks good. I collected the meta data and couldn’t find any pattern in browser or OS which is causing the issue. Have you faced any issue similar to this?I really appreciate any thoughts on what's causing the issue? Thank you,Praveen

Capture data in hidden question

HiWe have created an invite outside Qualtrics (screenshot 1). Each button is having a link to the associate button in Qualtrics NPS question. screenshot 1 When clicking for example 8 the nps question will show up again in the qualtrics link as 8 being selected.screenshot 2  Is there a way to hide the NPS question in survey to avoid showing up in email and survey? It should capture the data.Display logic = false wont work Could you help please.

Screen out based on embedded date variable and current month

Hi All,I am stuck on a condition to screen out responses received after end of month from a embedded date variable. It should be dynamic as well.Embedded DATE variable name: ShowDateExample conditions belowI want to screen out anyone completes the survey with ShowDate of previous months.If someone with show date 31/05/2023 completes the survey on 01/06/2023 then screen out.The condition should work every month continuously.If someone with show date 23/06/2023 completes the survey on 14/07/2023 then screen out.ORIf someone with show date 15/02/2023 completes the survey on 25/07/2023 then screen out. Only if the ShowDate month is the same as the current month should be made complete. Could someone shed some light to solve this.Thank you,Praveen

I have scripted 2 surveys. Both has got French translations.In Survey 1 if I add language as below it works.url?Q_Lang=FRIn survey 2 the above format wont work. Passing multi text set codes through url string using Q_EED Base64 format.
