I recently ran an RSVP survey where individuals could choose how many seats to reserve for their department. The total number of seats were 400 or so. How could I have had the Quota increase according to the number of seats they selected vs. one per entry?
Apologies if this is on the community already. I did some quick searching and didn't see it anywhere. Last year I created a purchase approval "survey" that allowed for a series of approvers to view previous responses and then add to the survey. This was done straight out of the box in Qualtrics. Step 1 Get the retake link While you are building your survey, you'll need to preview and complete the survey at least once. Then under Data & Analysis > Find that response > Actions > click on Retake Response. ! So, I created a web accessibility survey where individuals could watch videos to learn key concepts and then answer questions on those topics (quiz). I have learned through this experience that the "Check Survey Accessibility" does not check against WCAG 2.0 AA. I sent this survey out to our Web Accessibility Committee, and the first thing that was brought up is how it fails meeting the standard. "Powered by Qualtrics" in the lower right doesn't meet contrast ratio requirements, progress bar issues, and missing form element labels just to name a few. Does any one have examples of creating a survey that meets WCAG 2.0 AA 100%? Any tricks besides doing a lot of display:none for trouble elements in CSS?
Has anyone else been randomly logged out of Qualtrics while working in the survey flow? I say "randomly" because it doesn't happen to me all the time nor does it seem to happen after a certain amount of time. It's just annoying because my work doesn't get saved, so I have to go back in and redo everything from my last save.
Excuse my ignorance as I am mostly asking this for a coworker and I'm not as familiar with Pardot. Does anyone know of a GOOD way to auto-fill Qualtrics survey fields (name, email, phone, etc.) if a user has a Pardot cookie on their browser?
Can someone walk me through pulling Embedded Data and/or selected choices into a JavaScript function? As an example, let's say that I want the sum of numbers from a loop and merge block where it is possible that the user loops through 40 times. Instead of creating 40 different branches in the survey flow each with an equation, hopefully I could just set up a nice little JS function to handle the math. And the answer is yes, I have done this just because I was too "lazy" to spend the time to figure out and use JS for this survey.
When a survey ends in a Loop & Merge Block, how can I ensure that the very last Next button has the "Submit" text that I want? All other instances of the Next Button should just say "Next".
I know the answer is probably no, but I thought I would throw it out there anyway. When you have a question type that is not supported in scoring, is there a way that you can get around it by plugging answers from the non-supported question type into embedded data? I'm not seeing anything in the Scoring Options, but maybe someone knows something I don't.
I have two drafts in "My Drafts" that I started but I don't want/need to finish them. Does anyone know how to delete them? I don't see a delete button anywhere. They were both created because the system auto saves periodically.
This might be an issue to bring up to the Qualtrics Support team, but about 6 months ago the Custom From Email Address option disappeared from email triggers. We have an SPF record on our email server, and I checked with our IT to make sure that it was still there and valid. Does anyone know what might have caused this change?
