Custom From Email Address option disappeared from email triggers | XM Community

This might be an issue to bring up to the Qualtrics Support team, but about 6 months ago the Custom From Email Address option disappeared from email triggers. We have an SPF record on our email server, and I checked with our IT to make sure that it was still there and valid.



Does anyone know what might have caused this change?
Have you tried clicking the "Show Advanced Options button in the bottom left corner of the distribution setup?

Can you please send a screenshot? I'm not seeing "Show Advanced Options" in the email trigger.

My mistake, you are correct it is missing. I was looking at the wrong area. Definitely worth a support call!
