Google Sheet Help :)

Hi EveryoneHope you’re all well.I have a multiple selection question compiling a google sheet.Some of the multiple selection options have bold formatting.It’s pulling…<strong>Piano</strong>, <strong>Samples</strong>, <strong>Synthesizer</strong>Into the google doc, rather than.Piano, Samples, Synthesizer.Any ideas?Thanks :)

API - Question??? 😣

Hi everyone,I hope you're all doing well.We have a wonderful form that populates a Google Sheet. Colleagues then engage in a process of copying and pasting data from the Google Sheet into our in-house CMS.Is it possible for Qualtrics to populate our CMS? If a change is made to the data in the CMS, could this then trigger a Qualtrics event, such as sending an email?Thanks :) 🤞

Resetting Embedded Data 📉 🤞

Authenticator - Won’t Pass With Same Email

Hi EveryoneHope you’re well.I have a simple authenticator setup, but for some reason it won’t pass for the same person twice via email.I am intending to use the survey as a form, so the same person could be retaking the form multiple times. The authenticator will help pull in embedded data from a contact list to help pre-populate the form with common requests. Name, Email, Address, Etc…Hope you can help.Thanks :)

Hello EveryoneI hope you can help 🤞I have a google sheet being populated by a Qualtrics survey.I have 1 extra column in my sheet (not being used by Qualtrics), within the cells of this column is a formulae.For some reason, when a new Qualtrics entry populates the sheet, it skips the row with the formulae in.Any ideas how to keep the Qualtrics entry and formula on the same row?Thanks :)

Change Date Format

Hi EveryoneI have a date picker question that gives the result DD/MM/YY.But when using this field via piped text, or reviewing the results in data and analysis it as the YY/MM/DD format.How can I retain DD/MM/YY and use DD/MM/YY as piped text?Thanks :)

Hi EveryoneHope you’re well.I am aware via an email follow up you can include a URL to the responses using...${​srr://SingleResponseReportLink}But can I somehow capture this URL within my data and analysis?I have set up results to go into a google sheet, and would also like to include a link to all the responses, so it’s easier to digest rather than lots of text in a single cell for example.Hope you can help.Thanks :)

Hi EveryoneHope you’re well.Via the question library, I have selected this option.Which gives me this. I would ideally like to make this fit the theme of the survey and change some design elements.How can I?Change the background colour. Site Intercept - Display Option Help

Hi Everyone, HNY!I have a site intercept running with these display options.My assumption was that the intercept would only display for 25% of site traffic every 3 months, but I received the following feedback.‘Please stop asking me, i filled it in now 17 times, and ignored it 47 times’What am I missing? Could this user possibly have cookie settings that are by-passing my display options? Maybe I need to add some intercept logic, but I am not sure what to add?Thanks :)

Piped Text - Combined Fields

Hi EveryoneHNY!I have successfully combined form responses via Field Editor.For example.This then gives me this in the data table.I then want to pipe ‘Artist_Bucket’ into a follow up email, but I can’t seem to work out what the piped text code should be. For example, when using ${e://Field/Artist_Bucket}, it does not pull anything into the follow up email.Hope you can help.Thanks :)
