Hello Community,We are testing the Website Feedback connection with XM Directory to create contacts if dont exist and update embedded data with each interaction and we are having the following behavior:The first time a customer sees the intercept the contact is created but the interaction is not being recorded in the contact information in XM Directory. From the second and following times the intercept is displayed the interactions are being recorded, but if a embedded data is different from last time, the embedded data for the contact in XM Directory isnt updating.We dont know if this is supposed to work like that or it is an error.We appreciate any comment about this situation.Thanks

Hello,We are measuring some internal processes that have some level of impact to the external customer.Levels of impact: No impact at all Indirect impact Direct impact Each process is measured with a question.Is there a way to assign these impact levels to the questions to use it as a filter in the dashboards to see the result of the processes filtered by its impact level?Thank you.
