Hello,

We are measuring some internal processes that have some level of impact to the external customer.

Levels of impact:

  1. No impact at all

  2. Indirect impact

  3. Direct impact

Each process is measured with a question.

Is there a way to assign these impact levels to the questions to use it as a filter in the dashboards to see the result of the processes filtered by its impact level?

We can create a text set embedded data and assgn the value to it using branch logic. We can then use this embedded as filter in dashboard.

Thank you, but we have to assign a value to each question in the survey, not one value for the whole survey.
