We are using a common device to survey an offline population. The issue we are running into is this:Once an employee completes the survey, the next employee receives the message: “you’ve already completed this survey”.The only way we have found around this is cumbersome. We have to clear the cache after every survey completion on the device. This is time consuming, and doesn’t work well when trying to survey a large population. We do utilize an authenticator on our survey. Does anyone know if its possible to work in code to auto-clear the cache upon authentication, or some feature in Qualtrics that will fix this issue? We have not been able to figure out a better solution.
I manage our employee enagagement and lifecycle surveys at our organization. I have a success package that allows me to take the CustomerXM program for free. I already have Platform Essentials, XM fundamentals and EmployeeXM Expert certifications. Is there anything in CustomerXM Expert that I could apply to our current employee engagement programs or would I just be wasting my time? Any information is appreciated.
We have two Brand Admins attending X4 this year in SLC. I would love to arrange a meetup with other A&D folks so we can share best practices. Please let me know if you are going and would like to hang out. I can be reached at josh.billingsley@baesystems.us if you are uncomfortable posting publicly.
I set up an event on Facebook for any A&D folks interested in meeting after Day 1 of X4. Wednesday evening, we will be across the street from the venue at the Marriott Downtown in the Salt Stone eatery. Details can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/events/1907219419693220/ My name is Josh and I work for BAE Systems in the Advanced Analytics and Insights Department. We are very interested in meeting other folks working in A&D to chat about best practices and navigating our space as we have some very unique hurdles to deal with. If anyone would like to contact me for further details, my email address is josh.billingsley@baesystems.us.I look forward to seeing y’all at X4! Josh
Ran into a major issue with my lifecycle surveys this week. I have added metadata fields in the past to employees by utilizing a .CSV with First Name, Last Name, User Name, email and the metadata fields as needs for my dashboard users have changed (adding new business area tags, rehire/new hire fields etc). Last week, I updated our New Hire survey’s date fields (original hire date and latest hire date) as some of our older data did not have the proper format (many were missing the leading zeros which was causing problems with a workflow calculation we use to identify rehires). This week, our system attempted to send a message to ALL of the employees who I had updated metadata in the participant file. When I uploaded my .CSV, the system showed that it had parsed 20k employees, but had not added anyone. I am not sure why their invitation status reset, but Qualtrics is treating them as new participants even though they have all received an invitation and almost all of them already had res
I am creating an exit survey and need to filter FOR 18 employee term reasons OR exclude over 20 employee term reasons PLUS I need to exclude temps, contractors and interns, certain pay groups and make sure the term date is within a designated time period. I cannot figure out how to combine filters (I tried “AND” and commas) on a single line in the automatic feed for the participant file. I need a way to filter for or exclude multiple codes of a single metadata field so I do not run afoul of the 20 filters rule. Is there a way to make this happen or do I need to generate a workflow that filters for these and creates a new metadata field to filter for? Any advice or information is appreciated.
I need to enable the multiple responses option in a lifecycle survey so taht rehires can take our new hire survey. When I enable it, the system automatically changes the response window to 1 week to consider responses incomplete. Our company SOP dictates that all surveys have a 2 week compeltion window. How can I enable the multiple reponses option while maintaining a 2 week window for the surveys?
I am looking to use tags to track URL clicks and am not having much success with the code (it’s not generating metadata). I created a text/graphic field with the url and added Javascript <div><a href="https://jobs.baesystems.com/global/en/alumni " id="Link1" rel="noopener" target="_blank">Alumni Site</a> - Resources for BAE Sys Alumni</div>jQuery('#Link1').click(function(event) { Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.setEmbeddedData("clicked1", "1") I have been struggling where to put the code in Qualtrics to create the fields and then call them. Does anyone have guidance on where I should put these?
