Hello community! I have a consent form as my first question in a survey however due to the length I have it in a continuous scroll box. However the scroll box isn't responsive so in the mobile preview, it's off the side of the screen (photo attached). Any ideas on how I can make this box responsive? Thanks! Marianne !
I'm creating a report of survey results to share however it is quite long and some viewers will only be interested in certain sections. I have added a table of contents at the beginning however ideally I would like to make this table clickable so a viewer can click a focus area they are interested in and it will automatically take them to that section of the report. Thanks!
Hello, I created a custom end of survey message however when I preview it on mobile it is not responsive and goes off the edge of the screen. The rest of my survey is fine. Is there a way to make this message responsive? Thanks!
I'm exploring how to use Qualtrics iQ Directory as a tool to send out e-newsletters and get some basic tracking information. I will be using a custom HTML template to create the e-newsletter and would like to know if anyone else out there has tried doing this and has some tips on getting tracking data. I know I can get email open rates, any ideas on workarounds to get click rates or other types of engagement data? I'm curious to hear of others experiences using Qualtrics for any kind of email marketing. Thanks!
Hello community! I created a game to test people's knowledge on recycling. At the end they'll see their personal score as a percentage, and a link to a report with live results. As I'm trying to foster some competition currently my live results show the average percentage for each of 9 organizations. From my demographic questions I will also know which specific buildings respondents work in, however my building list is very long (100+) and I don't want to show the whole building list in live results. Is there a way to create a bar chart in Results-Reports that only shows a live update of the top 5 buildings with the highest scores? Since the top buildings would presumably change as more results come in, it has to be responsive to that. Thanks!
Hello, I am creating a report for a survey and finding the customization options lacking in the Reports tab. I'm trying to customize my visualizations in order to fit the text nicely in the space and to make the charts more appealing. I've included two examples I'm struggling with, a donut pie chart and a gauge chart. 1. For the donut pie chart there is no option I can see to adjust the size of the hole, which I am able to do in the Results tab. Also the label text is too close together for two of the labels which I cannot find a way to edit (IMAGE 1) 2. For the gauge chart I can't change the width of the arc or any other modifications except for the font size of the number in the centre (IMAGE 2). In the Basecamp training videos on this topic there is an example gauge chart in the background which is what I want my gauge chart to look like (IMAGE 3). So there must be a way to do this that I can't figure out! Thanks all, Marianne ! ! !
I'd like to be able to visualize the response duration times for one of my surveys, preferably in a bar chart, as well as see mean response time. Is this possible?
Hello, I have four separate categories and I want to add custom drop down options to each of them. Originally I just had four separate questions, each with one drill down menu, however I'd like it to look cleaner. I made a matrix question with drop down options, however when I put in the drop down options, it adds it to the list for all four categories. I found an example survey of exactly what I want here. I'd appreciate any direction on how to do this! Thanks.
I have a survey with prize incentives so interested respondents will give us their name and email to enter the draw. Due to privacy policy, I need to collect this personal information in a way that it doesn't link to their survey responses. I'm trying to create a question where if they answer "Yes" to either of two questions ("Do you want a newsletter" and "Do you want to enter the draw") they will be taken to a separate survey I've created to input their personal information. Any ideas how I can do this? I'm trying to avoid having a text question with a link they click, if that's possible.
Hello! I am running into an issue when using Create Variable > Bucketing. When I indicate the source values (a question from my survey) it is listing values by word, not by full response. This is making it impossible to properly bucket my data. Any suggestions about what has happened and how to fix it? !
