Problems creating a bucketing variable

Hello! I am running into an issue when using Create Variable > Bucketing. When I indicate the source values (a question from my survey) it is listing values by word, not by full response. This is making it impossible to properly bucket my data. Any suggestions about what has happened and how to fix it?

Tested this out on one of my surveys and it selected it by answer options and not by word. I would try refreshing and see if it was a fluke. Maybe recoding the values matters. I've never run into this issue.

I've now run into this issue in two of my surveys, and they are still showing the same problem after a week. Not sure what's up!
