I'm exploring how to use Qualtrics iQ Directory as a tool to send out e-newsletters and get some basic tracking information. I will be using a custom HTML template to create the e-newsletter and would like to know if anyone else out there has tried doing this and has some tips on getting tracking data. I know I can get email open rates, any ideas on workarounds to get click rates or other types of engagement data? I'm curious to hear of others experiences using Qualtrics for any kind of email marketing.
