How do you supercript/subcript something in Qualtrics when writing a survey question. I see that we can add a <sup> code but, that ends up supercripting everything that follows.

Is there a way to export a single datapoint (ie. NPS) into an excel scorecard automatically. The excel lives on sharepoint which gets updated manually every month with the datapoint but, I'm investigating ways on how/if this can be automated.
Hey all. I'm trying to figure out why some of my contacts do not get uploaded into the directory. For example, I uploaded a list which had 1500 contacts but, only 1400 were uploaded. I'm looking at the 100 which were not uploaded and see that they have a valid email address and name. What are the reasons why Qualtrics would leave these 100 out?
How did you all manage sending a survey using the SMS 2-way method? We're concerned about reaching people who don't have text service on their phone because we don't want them to get charged for it. Is there a way to set it up on qualtrics so the consumers don't get charged?

Hi,Here is the situation. I'm having the respondents create a bundle. I'm doing it over 6 different questions. so at each question, they will select which features they would include in the bundle. At the end of the exercise, I want to display all the features they would include in the bundle. I'm using the test/graphic question type and could pipe in everything they selected in the 6 questions. However, I want to have it displayed like a list. Is there a code which would allow me to display their selections in a list?

Hi, how do I schedule a thank you message to go out each time someone completes a survey. For example, if 5 have completed it so far - i can send them a thank you note. But, I want it to be so I don't have to do it each time someone completes it. I want to automate it so the note is sent out automatically. I tried the schedule thank you note but, it seems that I would need to do it each time. And, I don't want to wait until the end of the survey fielding to send the notes - I want them going out right away.
I've used the query strings with the anonymous links it has worked very well. I'm now trying to use it for personals links in a multi phased study. I'm adding "?Phase=1" at the end of the personal link. I'm using this to send respondents down the phase 1 or 2 part of the study (using branch in survey flow). However, it keeps sending them down phase 2 instead of 1 even when i specify 1 in the logic. Any tips?
Hi all, I'm planning on using the MaxDiff question type that's under then Matrix table question type. Does this question type rotate the options for me automatically? Because I don't see any setting that allows me to do that? How is this question type different than a full on maxdiff study?

Hi all, I am looking to insert a survey or a poll within a website. I know I could use the anonymous link and insert it where a window would pop up for them to take the survey or poll. However, I am looking for ways there the poll is embedded on the site (so, they take it on the site without a pop-up window or such). Any ideas?
Is there a way to import that custom fields and embedded data fields into StatIQ? I have so many that would need to be recreated and some embedded fields which are impossible to recreate.
