What great resources!
https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/comment/54103#Comment_54103It worked for individual responses, but I wasn't able to create a formula where I can subtract the 1-3 rating. :( Thanks though! It’s bizarre to me that there are so many math functions available in multiple parts of Qualtrics, but no where have I found (in Stats IQ, data table/editor, dashboards, etc.) the ability to substract one value/variable from another. This would be an incredibly helpful function to have for numerous reasons and I’m frankly surprised Qualtrics doesn’t provide the ability to calculate differences in scores within a widget in a dashboard (e.g., table widget, using a calculation column or row). Yes, Eric. The solution was to create an embbeded data field for each choice on each survey question by branching the survey flow with logics. With that, I was able to create an formula to calculate the subset ratio in a way that the scores appear from 0-100 in the EX Dashboard Widgets. Thank you so much! Very cool! Thanks for bringing up this situation. It is something I am looking to do as well. Two questions for you Nicolas: What happens though if someone doesn’t answer a question within a scale? No missing data will be imputed at that point. Out of curiosity, do you have a plan to tackle that? I’m also wondering if you had not collected your data prior to implementing the branching logic to record data in a certain way in the survey flow? I’ve done this before, but the limitation I’ve faced is that this can’t be done retroactively. One must implement this type of design in the survey blow prior to collecting data.Cheers! Pat
When do we get access? I just noticed this widget first being available in EX today.
Loading speeds obviously depend on a number of factors, but I'm curious as to the best way to diagnose whether slower than ideal loading/calculation times are more of RAM/hardware issue (too many tabs, programs open - at least for the computer to effectively process) or more of an internet speed/connectivity issue? I'm working on finding a longer term solution to be hardwired at my home office, so that will be a good starting point and certainly won't make the situation worse. What are the best next steps to diagnose some of these issues? If anyone has any experience on this, I would love to chat more. This really affects my level of productivity in Qualtrics, and currently, I primarily rely on Qualtrics for all data analysis needs. I did a quick search and couldn't find anything relating to Qualtrics and "ideal conditions" or "suggested requirements" for optimal experience within the platform, in terms of internet speed, etc. If anyone has run across any support pages on this, please s
I'm also interested in this. I upvoted on other page.
