Hi @XM_JoshB, Please disable “Prevent multiple submissions” and then publish the survey. This will solve the issue.
Thanks for replying Sachin.Due to some scenario of grouping, we need to keep the others option above in the list and can’t fix that at the end. Also, if we move it to another question, it would still look like it’s a different question. We are looking for a option to show it there itself.
@surveyguy, You can use the TextiQ feature in the Survey Flow to create topics based on certain words which define the comment to be flagged and then assign a embedded data to flag it in the data set. This should work.
In case it still does not work, can you try custom validation and keep the text box type as numeric
Can you please check if the survey is published? There are chances that you might have added this validation later and not published the survey. Also, those who might have started the survey earlier, would be able to bypass this in case this validation did not exist at the start time of their survey.
@anleta What question type are you using? May be it might be treating it as text?
This has to be the primary value against which you want to refernece the entire contact. In case it is email, you can map the email against the email address and keep the ExtDataRef mapping empty
You can also use survey flow to create the single object and then push that in the workflow.
You can also display this in a table format by breaking it out by any other data point. However, you would need to map it as number set
You can use number set and then calculate average/TopBox or even show it in bar chart and then rename the text labels.
