Would love to see this as a new feature...even sharing topics across a variety of surveys. We have a site wide survey, but then also have a general feedback survey and we leverage the same topics. So if there is a change to one, then I have to change to another. Would be amazing to have a “library” or sorts of topics that you can access for any question or survey!
As it’s been a few months since this has surfaced - has anyone see any news about this feature? We’ve been asked to track response rates for our website intercept and surveys so this feature would be fantastic for us! I looked back in the roadmap and nothing jumped out so I’m just wondering if there is any news on this (or if I missed something!)@AmaraW Not sure if you have any updates to share?
I was able to figure out a solution...might not be the best way, but seems to work. In this case I built the CSS using the cell class for the table (in my case they were c4, c5, and c6), and then targeted the appropriate label class (q-radio, etc.). Hi Jen, As an example we'd have the following question: _List URL for the section(s) or tool(s) that need to be included in this report._ We'd then have an open text box that they can input the information. So in this case let's say they input: _www.canadapost.ca/personal_ The email sent out would list that piped text as: _https://clicktime.symantec.com/36FUHeSaxme96M725dV6bPh7Vc?u=www.canadapost.ca%2Fpersonal_ I'd love it just to show "www.canadapost.ca/personal" with no hyperlink or anything in hopes of getting rid of the extra URL chunks. Hi everyone, Has anyone experienced any issues running Qualtrics via DTM? We decided to run it via zone code when we did the initial implementation, but now are looking to run this via DTM in some instances. We're trying to figure out whether we initially bypassed this idea due to a technical reason such as Qualtrics not being able to troubleshoot if something was happening, etc. Are there any downsides to using DTM that you guys know of? Thanks @Priyanka_jain - wasn't what I was going for but appreciate your help! In the end I found a way to just hide the next button so that when the user gets the notice they can just close the window and I don't incur any response counts against the view, so it all worked out :) Thanks again!

Thanks @Priyanka_jain - we have all of the SDK info, but just need to know of a way to control both set ups, that is to say our Qualtrics prompt as well as the iTunes one, at once (or combine them). I've reached out to Support to get the best way to tackle this and to confirm that if the iTunes prompt is built within the SDK we'll be able to dictate some level of behaviour (i.e. don't show if the other one does and vice versa). Hi @Mohammedali_Rajapakar_Ugam I just realized in my test one I hadn't set the dashboard time zone so thank you for pointing that out, however we're still an hour off. Thinking about when we started seeing issues, it was the same month we changed to Daylight Savings Time, so now we're looking at the data taking into account that hour change over. If the data lines up and there is no fix we might have to just manually change the time zone by an hour to accommodate the time change until we go back in November. Getting closer to the solution at least ;) Thanks!
Hi @bansalpeeyush29 and @Mohammedali_Rajapakar_Ugam Thanks for your help! The filters were set properly (as I thought the same thing with the Finished=1 being off) and the time zones looked like everything was good to go and both environments listed EST time which is perfect. That being said, looking closer at that I ran a quick test and noticed that despite the time zone being set properly, the time of the data being presented in Vocalizer was set to 4 hours ahead of my local time. So my test that went through at 8:55am this morning was listed as 12:55pm in Vocalizer. I've reached out the Support team to see if they can have a look as that is most likely what is messing up my data in between the two. I'll post their response here in hopes of helping anyone else seeing the same issue. Thanks again! Kristy
Hi @raperm I would love to hear what Support had to say! I'm seeing a discrepancy between my raw data and the data in Vocalize and I'm wondering if it's something to do with deleted responses as it's only a handful but it's enough to throw things off. All of my filters and dates are the same but I continue to have extras or missing ones here or there. Thanks, Kristy

Thanks @Akdashboard this is very helpful and will have to be something we toy around with on some of those peskier busy pages. We have the chief concern of how these things will affect our scoring...we've had issue in the past so the team is a bit hesitant on any changes as we don't want to see a complete 180 in scoring. My guess is we should be ok as the initial sample group remains the same (i.e. randomly intercept XX% of all users) so pairing the page down with an additional sampling shouldn't change our core sample group, just lessen it. I think anyway 😃
Hello everyone! My name is Kristy and I work for Canada Post in Toronto, ON. We have only been with Qualtrics since June 2017 and it's been an absolutely great experience so far. I'm fairly new to the research survey world, and am trying to soak in any knowledge I can. It has taken me a bit to work my way over to the Qualtrics community, but I'm glad I'm here now. Looks like this space will be a great sounding board as I continue to learn about survey methodology and how best to set our website up to gather meaningful insights beyond "where's my package"!
