Yes, you can do this with Scoring. Once you set up scores for your questions, you can then use branch logic + embedded data in your survey flow to assign the promoter/passive/detractor categories based on your scoring.

You could use something like this: .FlipClock { background-color: #333; padding: 2px; border-radius: 2px; margin: 10px auto; float: left; box-shadow: 0 1px 3px rgba(0,0,0,.5); position: fixed; top: 0; left: 0; } Place this as custom CSS within the Survey's "Look and Feel" menu. Modify as desired. That should get you going at least.

If you haven't done so already, take a few minutes to read up on the Timer Question. Specifically, there is an option to Show Timer. Depending on your reasons for needing a timer, this out of the box approach may simplify things. By default the timer doesn't lock into place, but we could probably fix that with a bit of custom css.

Data Center ID for using API

1) If you log out and then log back in, do you see something other than login.qualtrics.com? 2) If you issue an API call and pass the wrong datacenter, you should get something back in the response telling you that it proxied you to the correct data center, and what your correct data center is. You could try that and see what you get back. https://api.qualtrics.com/docs/root-url#what-if-i-use-the-wrong-datacenter

I don't think you're missing anything. Maybe they don't enable the feature on free trials. Try contacting Q support to see what your options are for enabling.

Whoa! That would make for a fun spelling test. In my testing, I could definitely see the words (with no squiggly lines on misspelled words). You didn't happen to use the "Password" option when setting up your question in Qualtrics did you? ! !

The attached export didn't work for me. It should just be a single QSF file that you post. I've still made an attempt to disable spell check for you, although I had to make some assumptions about how the survey would be built. Let's assume: 1) You won't add any page breaks to your spelling test survey 2) You prefer to add the "disable spellcheck" code to one place in your survey, instead of adding it to each question individually. 3) Your survey questions are "Text Entry" questions (any Text Type is fine such as: Single Line, Multi Line, Essay Text Box, Form) Here is the javascript you'll want to add: Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.addOnload(function() { /*Place your JavaScript here to run when the page loads*/ /* Disable spellcheck on all input HTML elements found on this page.*/ jQuery("input").attr("spellcheck","false"); /* Disable spellcheck on all textarea HTML elements found on this page.*/ jQuery("textarea").attr("spellcheck","false");

Re-take survey for expired partial response

Did the respondent answer any question at all or is the progress at 0%? Do your survey options delete partial responses or record them? If you can close the response first, then issue the re-take link, that seems to be the way to go. Would that work in your situation?

I don't have anything already built for this, but would love to help. Which browser will students be using to take your spelling exam (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, other?) How are you setting up your survey questions - are you using the "Text Entry" Question Type with the "Form" text type? Would you be able to export your Spelling Test survey and post here? (Tools -> Import/Export - Export Survey>

I'm not sure which of the "Mountains" themes you've applied, but I just tested with "Mountain Valleys" and "Glacier Mountains" and I do indeed see the "Next button" (arrow) at the end, which takes me to my "end of survey" message when clicked. I was using a very simple 3 question survey in my testing. Do you have custom javascript embedded in a survey question that hides the Next button? Do you see the Next button (arrow) on other screens in the same survey?

Study Data not showing

Do you have a large volume of responses? Did someone just delete out a bunch of partial responses (or test/preview responses)? Do other users in your Qualtrics brand have the same problem or does it seem isolated to your account? Does this issue only happen for one of your surveys or all of them?

How do I get the questions to auto-advance without prompting

If it helps you, I set up a very simple test in my environment and it worked fine. I created a question block with 4 questions. The first question is my timing question and the next 3 are normal questions. I previewed the survey and was auto advanced to the next page after 10 seconds. Read up the documentation here which explains the setup and warns about question randomization and page breaks set in the "look and feel" section.

Looking at the CSS for that green Minimal-Green Theme, they're using `background` and combining things there instead of `background-color`, so try changing yours to: /* change Next button's color and font color */ .Skin #Buttons #NextButton{ background:#BAD1ED ; color:#145B82 ; } That should get you going I think.

Can you start with a different base theme? It might make things easier for you. If not, you will need to: 1) preview your survey 2) inspect the button CSS in your browser 3) see which classes are responsible for button styling and override those in your custom css.

`q-checked` and `q-focused` are responsible for that behavior. This is probably closer to what you're after: .Skin label.MultipleAnswer.q-checked, .Skin label.SingleAnswer.q-checked { background: #930FA5; border-color: #930FA5; color: #fff; } .Skin label.MultipleAnswer.q-focused.q-checked,.Skin label.SingleAnswer.q-focused.q-checked { background:#930FA5; } Also, have you looked at doing a branded theme where you let the Qualtrics pros do this type of thing for you? Just dropping it here in case it helps you.
