Data Center ID for using API

Question

The documentation is very vague on this. But it says to look for my Data Center on the link when I login to my account. But there is no such a thing. Mine would be "login.qualtrics.com" which is a very generic name and it does not work. Please let me know where I can find the Data Center ID.  Thank you;

Hey @Ben_Khosro1,If you login to a normal brand account the url usually changes to contain the data center ID as the sub-domain.  It will be a 3 character code something like co1, az1, ca1, etc. and look something like co1.qualtrics.com.I have run into a few projects now that have not done this when working with a demo or sandbox account for instance.  If that is happening to you after you login I've worked around it by logging into my specific brand account instead of the standard login link from the qualtrics.com site. If you then log out and login using the following url: "http://YourOrganizationID.qualtrics.com" you will then get redirected to "http://YourOrganizationID.YourDataCenter.qualtrics.com".You can get your brand account by clicking on the user silhouette in the upper right hand corner and going to Account Settings -> Qualtrics IDs.  It is listed under Organization ID.

1) If you log out and then log back in, do you see something other than login.qualtrics.com?2) If you issue an API call and pass the wrong datacenter, you should get something back in the response telling you that it proxied you to the correct data center, and what your correct data center is.
