Responses to my survey have been stored onto an account of mine that is not affiliated with my institutional account, therefore I cannot see the majority of the responses because this free account is limited to seeing 100 responses. I have tried to share or collaborate this survey with my Duke account but have failed to do. I have tried to send an invitation to my academic email and the same with an "....@edu#duke" ending but also does not work. I have also tried to see if I can just upgrade the other account but I cannot find how to do this. Lastly, I have tried linking the accounts but every time I try I get a "invalid user/ password" notice. Does anyone know how I can gain access to the responses?
I have a popup on a site that currently only displays once to a given user. I need to make it so that the popup displays three times per user, unless they take the target survey. If they take the target survey. they should not see the popup again.
I want to do an experiment with six versions. But I am not sure how I can create multiple versions. And how can I make sure that the versions get randomly assigned to the respondents.
Hi All, I have a contact list with several extra columns named "age", "school", and "occupation". I want to email the contact list and refer to the individual information in these extra columns. However, when I use embedded data in the message body, the email didn't show the referred information in those columns. Is there a way to achieve my goal? Below is what I've tried: Dear Worker, Your age is ${m://age}, your school is ${m://school}, and your occupation is ${m://occupation}. Also, can I send email to the list by filtering based on one or two columns in the contact list? For instance, I want to send a certain message to those with age > 16 years old and who are still students using the "age" and "occupation" columns in the contact list. Is this possible? Thanks for your help!
We use surveys to collect information from required from our survey base. Some times, though rarely, they will not have enough information to answer a question, so no forced answers are used. As an alternative to coding in a 'does not apply' or 'unknown' to every question, it would be nice if Qualtrics computed a % response for each 'complete' survey. It would also be great to be able to disambiguate conditional question-skips from voluntary no answer-given skips (both show up as -99 in the exported data).
Is there any quick way of creating country dropdown with out adding every country manually?
We have some imbedded images in our invitation letter (School logo, director's signature) that are not displaying I believe because of the security associated with the school's email accounts. Is there any kind of work around for this? They display fine in hotmail, gmail, yahoo etc. Thanks so much for your assistance. Kristen
Hello, I would like to hide the next-button until the respondents have clicked on a link to an external website. How can I do this? Thanks a lot for your help!
My questions are long and very similar to one another. I have written short question labels as I went along (in the question numbers box), but not question labels. Is there a way to simply reset all question labels to match question numbers/names?
We are having issues to see intercepts on IE. We are using the slider, but have seen issues with other creatives as well. Qualtrics recommendation has been to reach out to our IT team as this might be related to our page security setting for this particular browser as due to the nature of our business we have a private website with high security in place. Has anybody seen similar issues? We need to know where to start investigating. THANKS
