Hi, Currently we have a website / app feedback project using the embedded emoticon display. I’ve tried changing the CSS selector multiple times on the site. It says it is passing everything in the test but it’s not displaying or showing up, and again there are no errors.Here is some details that may be helpful:Currently using #feedback-footer as the CSS selector inputAnd then here is code on our site with the feedback-footer…..Do I have this entered right or is something else going on?
Hi, I’d like to better route, track and assign feedback to appropriate folks in the organization. Basically create an outer feedback loop. What systems or tools do folks use to do this? I see Qualtrics has integrations with Jira, Freshdesk, and Zendesk. Anyone who has successfully done this and can share any tips or best practices?
Hi, We have a post support contact survey where customers select the reason for their contact such as billing, technical issue, quoting, claims, etc. To better analyze the feedback, we are interested in getting a level deeper, so for ‘billing’, is the contact regarding ‘upset about rate increase’, ‘not understanding bill’, ‘not receiving bill’, etc. Is there a way to create a survey question that is adaptable, so if customer selects ‘Billing’, it would display the sub-reasons beneath for them to choose a more granular reason without building a ton of display logic? Thanks so much for any help or insights.
Recently, we started seeing duplicate responses coming through with the subsequent ones being marked as Spam. Qualtrics thinks producers are clicking on the tab multiple times, but this never happened in the past, and seems to happen frequently now. Has anyone dealt with this? What's really odd, is that the user can't even get to the tab unless they are logged into our portal. Super strange. Any tips or advice here? I can provide more details, too.
Hi all, we are seeing a lot of surveys being skipped due to contact frequency rules. It's come to my attention Qualtrics has default settings - I had these two items unchecked. I also noticed our feedback tab was serving up up to 50 impressions per day that were being added to our directory contacts. My suspicion is that is what is blocking it. I turned off the link to directory for the feedback tab and loosened up these rules. Has anyone encountered this or can advise? Also, I have no idea what "number of days that need to pass before contacts can receive another message means? Do I need to check that? How can I get these surveys to deliver without getting skipped?
For some reason, our authenticator is only working 50% of the time. It is really strange and I'm wondering if anyone has encountered this type of issue or could advise me. My Software team and Qualtrics support are unable to advise. Basically we are capturing a UserID field through our website. This is the same value as the externalreferenceID. For some reason though, it's only synching sometimes. I modified the survey flow so it synchs now, however our sample has declined 50% leaving me thinking it's now not letting folks answer questions.
I am trying to route tickets based on their contact reason. Specifically, when customers indicate Claims to our claims team, and all other tickets when customers indicate reasons other than claims. I created two workflows, but for some reason they both seem to be running and creating tickets, basically ignoring my logic. Does anyone have any insights? I copied and modified the workflow, adjusting that specific logic. Is my nesting off or something? See pics.
We have had issues with authenticating, specifically the UserID collected on our website and tying that to our directory contact list to bring in embedded data. I've been playing around with the ordering, and wondering what the best way to arrange survey flows, or if I could be doing something wrong here. Could anyone review and provide any tips on the right order or if this makes sense?
Hi all, we discovered an issue in our survey where embedded data was overriding responses because it was getting saved at the contact versus transaction level. For example, one field was "ChatCall" that came in "Chat". Therefore, if they took the survey again it would always fill in "Chat" regardless of if it was a call. I'm also noticing this issue when we upload contact lists manually for email distribution - however there is no option to set it at the transaction level that I can find. Is this possible, and if so how can I create that setting to stop this issue from occurring again?
We set up a survey however the embedded data is not coming in for uncompleted surveys. I indented / nested the survey block questions, so hopefully that will resolve but wondered if anyone else has encountered that issue and could look at my survey flow.
Hi all, we have a website survey that is grabbing the UserID, and then connecting that to our directory to pull in embedded data about the user. The UserID however is coming in as undefined roughly 50% of the time, interestingly most all of those situations have Finished = False in the response. Since it's coming in sometimes, I'm wondering if something is off in my authentication or flow. Could anyone take a look and offering any advice? See survey flow.

Hi All,Looking for a solution where we can manage all of our insights in one place from Qualtrics, third party research, videos / transcriptions from focus groups, powerpoints, etc. Does anyone know of a solution that enables the ability to easily access and search / mine research? Only solutions I've found seem very pricey with features I don't really need. Just looking to make our research more efficient by leveraging past insights.
