Hi, I’d like to better route, track and assign feedback to appropriate folks in the organization. Basically create an outer feedback loop. What systems or tools do folks use to do this? I see Qualtrics has integrations with Jira, Freshdesk, and Zendesk. Anyone who has successfully done this and can share any tips or best practices?

@kevinmcI think you mean Inner loop which is individual action with specific feedback.Jira, Freshdesk, and Zendesk all can be easily Intergrated within Qualtrics, I think Jira is the easiest to integrate and they’re made to streamline workflow.However, about centralizing data and reporting & analytics I think you should go with Qualtrics ticketing system. It’s not just about solving a ticket, you should also make report with it, find out what kind of root cause is it, align them with your CX dashboard and make the systematic change.Hope this helps
