Hi all, we have a website survey that is grabbing the UserID, and then connecting that to our directory to pull in embedded data about the user. The UserID however is coming in as undefined roughly 50% of the time, interestingly most all of those situations have Finished = False in the response. Since it's coming in sometimes, I'm wondering if something is off in my authentication or flow. Could anyone take a look and offering any advice? See survey flow.
