Does anyone have any suggestions on how to modify the container or the option prompts when using the matrix table carousel option? I want to use a 6 option prompt (horizontal position) but it cuts off and enables a scroll bar.
Any suggestions for a CATI software to use with Qualtrics? Would prefer to use something that already has built-in integration with Qualtrics, but open to something that requires integration work.
Have looked around and wasn't able to find anything that would do this, does anyone have a workaround on how to make a retake link expire after the survey has been submitted? I'm working with legacy data so I already start the participant with the retake link, and the survey is a multiple access project so the participant is able to access their record after submitting it (using the ResponseID retake link method) but I don't want the old retake links to be active anymore as that becomes confusing when more than 1 retake link is requested. I'm thinking of using an Authenticator to check for the latest ResponseID in the database (and if not found, then an error message will appear for the old retake link). I'm able to get it to block if the ResponseID doesn't exist, but I'm not able to grant access if the ResponseID matches so I'm likely missing a step here...
Anyone know how to customize the TOC conclusion page? I want to remove one of the block/sections listed on this conclusion page so the participant can't return to that section from the conclusion page but keep it listed in the TOC list so they can jump back to it via sidebar/button.
Has anyone managed to figure out how to use embedded data fields (pulling responses from the survey questions) while also using a TOC?
I want to be able to click on a button (radio or check box) that opens a new window to a website. I'm able to do this when I create/insert a radio/checkbox button but not with the one created for the response, I think I'm missing something that refers to the question ID... anyone know how to easily to do this?
I have 2 methods where participants can sign up to a panel list, the first is at the end of completing a Qualtrics survey so from there I can assign a random ID and trigger a follow up email with a 2nd Qualtrics survey to complete. I can embed those responses all back to the record in the contact list. Done. The 2nd method is at a Wordpress site, the participant creates an account, which then adds them to this same contact list. Is there a way where I’m able to assign a random ID and trigger an email that contains the Qualtrics survey (unique link) to these members that sign up at the Wordpress site FROM the Qualtrics account or does that need to come from the Wordpress site using an API call? In my mind it’s the Wordpress site that needs to call out to Qualtrics to action these items - if contact is added successfully to Qualtrics contact list, assign ID and trigger email distribution with their unique survey link (ID passed with query string), not Qualtrics. Does anyone have any suggestions on creating a dashboard that would list all active projects and quotas (primarily total completes)? I'm looking for something that would be easy for other team members to view all the projects from a single location/link, is web service the way to go?
I would like to pass embedded data that has been assigned a text value to a contact list via contact trigger. This contact list will be used for a number of projects so I want to be able to track which project the contact came from. In the Survey Flow I have placed the embedded data element to the top of the survey with the field name entered (project) and no value assigned. After the block containing all the survey questions, I have created a Branching logic (where if permission if provided) followed by the embedded data field (project) with a static value (project name). In the Contact Trigger, I have created a contact list and mapped all the relevant contact information and the embedded data field ‘project’ = ‘Embedded Data’ ‘projectname’ I was fairly certain I followed the instructions on how to setup embedded data for contact triggers correctly but when testing, all the mapped contact information appear in the contact list but not the embedded data that I’ve assigned in the su
