Is there a way I can automatically schedule (e.g. daily) a way to extract a specific embedded data field from contacts who opted out and either send this list to an ftp site or email it?
I was able so successfully ran an API call that listed opted outs from the directory. Aside from name and email, I also need a specific id (CID) in the output in order to link the records to our internal database. This field (CID) is an embedded data field that exists in all of our mailing lists. Is it possible to include this in the output of this API call?
I have 2 matrix questions inside a separate loop and merge. One has 20 statements (Q28) while the other one has 7 statements (Q28b) that was taken from the first one. The respondent can only respond to one of them but not both. How can I combine the responses to the 7 statements (Q28 and Q28b) and assign it to a separate matrix question?
I’m trying to clean my survey data because some of the responses were recorded after Sep 30 but I want them to be a part of Q3 (Jul-Sep). How can I do this? I tried creating a new field and copied the Recorded Date but when I tried to change the date of one of the responses, the new field is not an option.
Hi,I have been using Accordion for quite some time and it’s such a handy tool to display concepts to respondents without using up a lot of the screen space. I recently played around with Lightbox and I was planning to use it on one of my surveys but it seems to have a conflict with Accordion. Both work separately but when I use them on the same theme, the accordion feature is broken and only the Lightbox feature works. I have a loop and merge block with 2 questions. The loop list is based on programs (max of 8) the respondent is a member of. I need to set it up only to show a max of 4 loops. I also need to make sure that "Program A" is always included in the programs to be displayed. Is this possible?

We ask a household size question first, and then we ask them to indicate the age ranges for each member of the hh using a side-by-side matrix with the age column as a drop down. The first row is the respondent, and I want to populate the drop-down with what was selected in the previous age question (18-24,25-34,35-54,55+) and then make it read-only. I was able to do this before when the column is a text entry but not sure how to implement the code with a drop-down.Is this possible?

Hi,I have a hidden question that randomly shows 5 out of 70+ choices. How can I display/pipe the first and second displayed choices on the next question? ${q://QID76/ChoiceGroup/DisplayedChoices} displays an array of displayed choices. I tried displaying one of the displayed choices using an index, but it doesn't work.

I use stid to populate a few questions and hide them using Javascript. Populating them will give me the name (storeid), region (storeidreg) and address of the store (storenameaddr). I also have a few other questions that I populate and hide. Hi,I have a hidden question with 80+ choices. I only want to show 3 choices based on a combination of recode values from 2 previous questions. Here's an example to be clear:region question has a code of 0 to 3segment question has a code of 0 to 6the hidden question has recode values like these where the segment question is the second digit and the region question is the third digit:100, 101, 102, 103 110, 111, 112, 113 and so on until it gets to 160, 161, 162, 163 and then it moves to the 200 series and 300 series200, 201, 202, 203....300, 301, 302, 303....So if region is 0 and segment is 1, I only want to see 110, 210 and 310 I was able to pre-select the 3 choices I want to see using Javascript but what I really want is to display only those 3 and hide everything else. The reason for this is because I need to use randomization that evenly displays choices. the first digit is a concept that I will display and the client wants to balance the exposure by region and segment.
There are 2 of us on the team that use Qualtrics and we use a shared library as well as shared contacts lists. What are the best practices for organizing the shared contact lists? We only started using Qualtrics this year and our mailing lists and sample lists (we upload a mailing list for every survey) are getting harder to organize.

The matrix table has 6 statements and a 5-point scale. How can I copy the selected choices from the original matrix question to a duplicate matrix question?
