I have 2 matrix questions inside a separate loop and merge. One has 20 statements (Q28) while the other one has 7 statements (Q28b) that was taken from the first one. The respondent can only respond to one of them but not both. How can I combine the responses to the 7 statements (Q28 and Q28b) and assign it to a separate matrix question?
