How is everyone liking the community so far?

So far I have been pretty happy with the way the community is working and flowing. Has anyone else felt differently about it? Any opinions about it that you'd like others to chime in on? Just curious if others are finding it as enjoyable as I am!

Has Qualtrics customer support really gone downhill?

I’ve been using Qualtrics since 2012 (!) and really love the platform. The past few years, I have had SO much turnover with my account execs for my company (and for the companies whose Qualtrics’ licenses I manage) and have been really disappointed with the complete lack of customer service. Which is ironic, for a company so focused on customer experience.I just got a notice for renewal for a company and can’t get in touch with my account exec (gosh, this again!) and nobody has gotten back to me about my questions -- is this the new normal? Has anyone else been experiencing issues like this. Hesitant to renew / recommend others renew if it is radio silence when you reach out / there is no clear point of contact for support. These are fairly large contracts… very surprised at the carelessness here and wondering if others are having similar experiences.

How to create multiple conditions in display logic?

Dear All, I have set up my survey so that if respondents fail two attention check questions, they will be taken at the end of the survey. I have used multiple conditions in the display/branch logic within the survey flow, but it did not work.For the two attention check questions,Q1 (multiple choice question) and Q2 (matrix question), Q1 has one correct answer, “None of the Above”, and for Q2, there are two correct answers “Strongly Disagree” or “Disagree.” If respondents do not select the correct answers, they will be taken to the end of the survey, so I have set up a branch logic in the survey flow tab under Q2: If  Q1 “None of the above,” Not Selected, AND Q2 “Strongly Disagree” Not Selected OR (New Logic Set) If Q1 “None of the above” Not Selected, AND Q2 “Disagree” Not Selected--End of Survey for participants. The above branch logic did not work. Alternatively, I tried creating two separate branch logic under Q2: first logic (None of the above AND Strongly disgree, Not Selected-End

"Not supported" error when creating crosstabs

Hi All, I’m trying to create a crosstab but it flags a “Not supported” error. The cross tab consists of a question column with three items (A, B and C for now) and Rows which is a question where users selected items that were not important to very important for them. I’m trying to create a crosstab with a matrix question and when I drag the question into the row, it displays all the items in that question in the crosstab but I get the error. However, if I drag each individual question element into the row separately, then it works. The problem with this approach is that it’s going to take quite a while to get the whole data.  Is there a way I can display the entire crosstab for the question? Thanks in advance!

Evolve table not showing

When we click on Ideas, we do not see the Evolve table to search ideas, all we see is a blank box under 💡 Create an Idea | Evolve 💡 Product Ideation Overview | Evolve Note: I am also unable to see anything to click on for the podcasts.

QM logic not working on the survey

Hi All,We have a survey that is currently being triggered using JavaScript to manually load our survey instead of the usual page load method. Additionally, we've integrated a QM script which provides session links, session cookies, and user cookies. Custom validation using embedded data and dropdown menu

Hi all;I need to use a custom validation for a dropdown menu variable. For this validation I need to compare the value chosen with an embedded data. I don't find how to choose the selected choice for the left hand side. I can only choose one of the possible values in the dropdown menu. Thanks

Hello Qualtrics XM Community!Are you planning on attending X4? If so, join me for a 1 hour guided walking tour of Salt Lake City from 5-6pm on Weds. March 8th. This is after the last session on Weds., before dinner. We will walk approx. 1.25 miles starting at the Salt Palace, walking in a loop hitting The Church History center, The LDS Conference Center, Temple Square, the Beehive house, and City Creek Center Mall. We won't spend very long in any one location, just enough to give you a taste to help you know where you might want to revisit during your time in Salt Lake City. How to do an exact search

Hi,I am trying to search community for any topics related to A/B tests.When searching for A/B, there are no results,When searching for A/B test, there are some results but most are about tests, and not about A/B. There are topics in there though that litterally have A/B in their title.When searching for "A/B" test it are the same results as without the quote marks.So how should I formulate my search to get the best results?

End of free trial

Hello!I needed to create a complex survey, so I created a 30-day updated account for free. I need the respondents to fill out the second part as well, where the basic account will not work for me either. However, the 30-day period ends in a few days and I don't have enough answers yet. Will I still be able to obtain and send out a link to the second part of the survey even after the trial period ends, or will it no longer be possible?

Scoring

Hello, I am currently conducting a survey experiment using a 7-point Likert scale. after completing the survey (results were recorded) I’ve encountered an issue where the data is displaying incorrect values, such as 8 and 11.after asking chatGPT I found out that there’s a scoring option on the survey settings, it does solve the problem (if i delete all recorded responses.. but that’s what i’m trying to avoid..)in other words : is there a retroactive solution that do not involve republishing my survey ?Thank you in advance !

Assign and visualise pre-generated username and password to participants

Hi everyone!For my survey I have to provide participants with username and password that they have to use in a subsequent survey they'll be redirected to (on an external software). I have an excel file with usernames and passwords (see example below): I'd like participants to be randomly assigned to one of this credentials (without repetition of course).In order to do so I created a multiple choice question with the numbers 1-20 set as the choice values, I used advanced randomisation to select a random subset of 1 value from all options and to used the "Evenly Present" option to ensure that Qualtrics does not reuse numbers. Then I uses JS to hide the question from view -:$(this.questionId).hide();Afterwards I coupled it with embedded data, which i then branched with an authenticator with contact list (the excel file).However, when i try to show participants their usernames and values nothing shows up in the preview (see screenshots). Could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Accessing and using Embedded data from Javascript

Hi, I am having a bit of trouble setting a user’s input on qualtrics. I have a text box that is used to take the date of the user’s choosing and I want to set this string they type in into a variable in the Javascript editor. I tried using the piped text, but it uses it as a string itself rather than pointing to the string that the user inputted. If anyone knows how to help that would be great!

Adding country-specific embedded data for invitation

Hi. I’m trying to create an invitation letter where I could add different phone number depending on the country. In most countries, we could use the default number but there would be some with different numbers. I thought it would be simple and therefore planned on using the branching like:PhoneNumber = xxxxxxxIf Country=Ireland PhoneNumber = yyyyyyHowever, I cannot get the PhoneNumber embedded in the letter even if I add this  ${e://Field/PhoneNumber}. In the email, it is empty.Is there something I missed? Or is this just not possible to add in the invite like this?Thank you for any good ideas!

Unique Link Resend

I created a Qualtrics survey and had it send an email with and individualized unique link. One person says they did not receive the email. Do you know how to resend the email but to make sure that the original link they received can't be used?

Info about "sent surveys" to update contacts in Salesforce

Hello everyone, is there a way to get Salesforce contacts updated after a survey has been sent to them?The distribution of the survey happens automatically through a message trigger in QX. When a contact gets added to the QX list, a specific survey will be sent to them. The goal is that our agents get the info, if an email with that survey has been sent to a customer. If the customer got one, but hasn’t participated (which we would know as there wouldn’t be a created record in Salesforce with the response), our agents would have the option to reach out to them.Is this possible? Thanks in advance!

randomising options within a question

Dear all,I have a set of questions in a questionnaire. I am showing one of them as an example:Please, choose the products you usually purchase during your weekly grocery shopping.Fruit juice £1.2 Fruit juice £1.8 Fruit juice £2.4 Coffee £2.0 Coffee £2.4 Coffee £2.8 Squash £5.0 Squash £7.5 Squash £10.0 I don’t purchase any of the foodsI want that the program, randomly, picks one option within Fruit juice, one option within Coffee and one option within Squash. I have tried several ways with qualtrics actual options but I am not resolving it. On the other side, with java script can be the solution but my skills are almost absent with the program. I will be very grateful to anyone who responds. Thanks a lot for your time!

When a phone call interrupts a mobile survey?

Hello Everyone,This is my first survey and I have a question about this eal-world situation:A person used ScanLife on a flyer with a QR code to start the survey. During the survey, the phone receives a call and the participant takes it. How does the participant get back to the survey. If you click on ScanLife, the phone is stuck in “Loading” spin.What should I do as survey creator to prevent this?
