I am super thankful for the grace and patience I've been shown related to the multitude of EX support calls I've placed for all of our quirky challenges. Coming in after an install & config led by former peers who were fantastic I/O psychs doing the best they could without application support experience has definitely been a learning experience. Although I do love a good process improvement challenge. Also grateful for the excellent responsiveness from our Customer Success Consultant Stephen Dolbow and our always available Account Exec, Michelle Parmiter.
Freddy Krueger was enough for me to stop watching scary movies for a LONG time until about 3 years ago when I started watching almost nothing else. I think I've seen almost all of them now, even the old ones that make you laugh because of the graphics and horrible acting. I've since reverted back to the psychological thrillers and sci-fi genre I've always gravitated to. For now...😈😀
One of my favorite teachers was actually a coach. She was the only female swim coach I had over the course of my swimming career. Compared the other high schoolers on the team who had been swimming since elementary school, I had a really late start so as expected, wasn't nearly as fast as the others. All my previous coaches lumped me in with the masses so I was either constantly pulling up the rear or swimming with the younger kids. Jennifer however, created practices tailored to my specific skill level, gave me my own lane...and proceed to kick my butt. She entered me in all the long, tough events knowing I would be dead last due to the caliber of my competition. But she also knew it would make me tough mentally, which is a huge part of being a successful athlete. While I didn't quite make the Olympic team, all of my personal records improved significantly and I was able to make cut-offs for state. Something that would have NEVER happened had she not taken an individual approach
Moka you can add a metadata field labeled Respondent with 0 or 1 for each participant's respondent flag. 😉
The XM Community is my go-to for answers to things I know the tool can do that I just can't figure out on my own. I have implemented several tips, tricks and custom code others have provided to elevate our user experience and am continually looking for more of those little nuggets that make such a big difference.
