Hi all,
I am struggling to create a profile likert question which displays nicely in our survey. Some of the question statements are rather long and it causes the statement text to spill into multiple rows (see attached). Unlike the 'standard likert' question format, you cannot just resize the table using drop and drag.
I am open to a couple of different solutions, but am struggling to get either working:
1) Make the scale points boxes narrower to allow more space for the text
2) Widen the survey dimensions - I have tried a couple of methods to doing this, picked up from the forum, but none seem to be working for our survey (i.e. .skin html code)
I would appreciate help achieving either of those two solutions. Thank you in advance for your help!
Another option is to have each statement as separate multiple choice questions with the same response options (saving them to your library would simplify that), and have them display on the same page.
That's a good point liberj, but unfortunately this survey is pretty huge with a lot of logic already built in. I would prefer not to make any major changes which would require logic rebuilding. Is definitely a 'worst-case-scenario' option though!
CaitlinP did you ever find the code to resolve this issue?
I'm also wondering about this. My survey displays great except in Firefox for some reason, where matrix tables are wonky and the usual fixes don't work.
