I inherited our post-visit survey program for our guests at my museum back in 2017 and had very little background in survey methodology and research. The XM Community has been such a great support system in learning how to grow this skill set and especially when running into problems with Qualtrics platform, there is a built in place to find answers. For a few years our organization moved off Qualtrics to another provider, and I am so glad to be back to a system I find incredibly user friendly with a great network of power users willing to help! We’re so happy and lucky to have you back here at Qualtrics and in the XM Community 👏🏻
One of the things I like the most about Qualtrics is the Qualtrics Community! :) And there are a lot of things I like about the community : its creativity, its friendliness, the fact that the members are from over all the world, bringing a wide range of perspectives and experience to all of us. Hey Amara, Haven't completed anything yet in 2024 but I’m on the 2nd book of the Red Rising series (a book i mention below) but these are 2 of my favourite books with their synopsis from last year. Shantaram Is a 2003 novel by Gregory David Roberts, in which a convicted Australian bank robber and heroin addict escapes from Pentridge Prison and flees to India. The novel is commended by many for its vivid portrayal of life in Bombay in the early to late 1980s. Red Rising Darrow is a Red, a member of the lowest caste in the color-coded society of the future. Like his fellow Reds, he works all day, believing that he and his people are making the surface of Mars livable for future generations. Yet he spends his life willingly, knowing that his blood and sweat will one day result in a better world for his children. But Darrow and his kind have been betrayed.
Professionally, I plan to explore Qualtrics integration with various applications that are not currently possible using the out-of-the-box functionality. I can’t wait to learn all about the custom integrations you create! 😁

Happy New Year! This year is off to a good start (for me, and I hope for you all as well) 😊 Professionally, my goals are to find ways to be more efficient--starting by automating as many of my ETL workflows as possible. I also hope to do at least one presentation at a professional conference. Personally, I have quite a few resolutions this year. The main one’s I’m focused on right now are reading more, completing at least one home improvement project, and compiling a cookbook of family recipes. I’m pretty excited about keeping them all, which should make it easier! A cookbook of family recipes is such a thoughtful idea - I absolutely love it!

Professionally, I would love to continue to automate and clean-up manual processes to save people time. In our school district we have been transforming paper processes into digital and automating as much as possible. We have had some great successes in saving people time and energy in completing some tasks. Personally, I would love to declutter and organize every portion of my home! With 2 young children, we end up with a lot of “stuff” and it would be refreshing to do a sweep out of extras! This is a fantastic goal! 👏🏻 Digitizing educational documentation is so important as it allows for more time and resources to be dedicated directly to the kids.
This year again my professional goals will be Qualtrics-related: finishing the BX certification and finally finding time to allow to the Discover one. Other than that, after moving from Canada to France this summer, I’m hoping to expand my clients base on this side of the Atlantic. :) Happy new year to all in this community and may all your goals, whether they’re fulfilled or not in the end, allow you to learn and grow. Our team can’t wait to see you tackle the BX Certification! What an exciting move - how are you liking France?!
Happy new year! My goal on January 1st was to promote. Our company is promoted on the first business day every year. I was promoted on January 2nd, 2024 this year. Goal accomplished! So I'll slowly think about other goals. First of all, I'm going to work hard for the Qualtrics community level 4. Congratulations on your promotion 🎉 such an incredible accomplishment. Our team can’t wait to see you reach Level 4 in the Rank & Rewards Program.

Ok, I’ll be the joker :) My New Year’s Resolution for 2024 is 1920x1080 - which is actually the same as last year’s resolution. I’ve found that this is a good balance between maximizing the available screen real estate, and minimizing eyestrain - one of my monitors can go up to 2560x1440, but that’s just too small to look at all day. HAHAHAHHAHA THIS IS HILARIOUS 👏🏻
