Let me work with that.But . . . just to be clear - since my level of experience is below microscopic, I want to make certain that I've expressed myself properly/correctly before I simply move on. If I'm not mistaken, the thread that I included earlier specifically was about someone wanting to deselect an option and there appeared to be quite a bit of discussion on how it might be accomplished (which, of course, was above my head). You are quite emphatic, and I certainly bow to your experience, but how do you reconcile the conversation in the thread that included references to code solutions? Was it possible to deselect at one point and it has since changed? Not questioning your expertise, but I'm just trying to make certain that I am not asking the wrong question or presenting my need incorrectly.

Finally got it to work with this:table { border: 1px solid black; border-collapse: collapse !important;}th, td { border-top: 1px solid black; border-bottom: 1px solid black;}thead { color: white; background: black;}The solution was a combination of recommended code, persistence, and landing on a good resource. It appears I was missing "thead". Now I can get this or any other color.Thank you very much again!

When I put your recommended code into the "Look & Feel" area, black borders appeared on everything throughout the survey that may have had "rows" and "cells", including - for example - the progress bar! (LOL). However, I only needed the MAXDIFF questions modified. So, (not knowing what I'm doing) I tinkered what you shared with me slightly and came up with the following:.maxdiff .table { border: 1px solid black; border-collapse: collapse !important; }

Hello. First, thank you so much for helping. The code worked beautifully. (I can't tell you how long I tried working with different variations of "text-align: right" without anything happening. Thanks.The row is still a mystery. When I click on Team Dynamics, I'm not provided with the opportunity to select all -- unless I delete the heading "Team Dynamics" which is not what I want to do. I'm sure there's a way to do it but I'm not experienced enough with Qualtrics and css to figure it out. But thank you for the motivation to I need to keep trying. Cheers.
Understood. Originally, it would be the space for "Answer 1" and "Answer 2" labels if I chose another theme. (Labels for the option choices.) However, since I'm using a drop down menu, it isn't really needed. Perhaps I'm just stuck with it.

Hello. First, what you shared was extremely helpful and I could never have gotten there on my own. As sometimes happens, though, I didn't express myself well. Attached is a pic of the results of your code. What I'm trying to do is get a border around the entirety of item parameter of each item in the drag and drop question, not just the text. So, ideally, the red border would be around the grey color on item #1. And the same for #2 and #3, etc.Also, not to be too greedy, but can you possibly tell me the code to change the grey to a different color as well? THANK YOU!
