@Sachin Nandikol - Disregard my previous message. I've recently come to understand the distinction between the reports dashboard and public dashboard features in Qualtrics. The mobile-friendly adjustment specifically pertains to the latter. In the former, you'll find the fit option located at the top left corner of your screen, which may adjust to your device's screen depending on its settings. Thanks for your input nonetheless.
Hi @Sachin Nandikol - The reports link is being shared on our website for public access via personal computers or mobile devices. However, when accessing the link on a mobile device, it doesn't automatically adjust to fit the screen. The Qualtrics XM app you mentioned seems to require downloading, installing, registering, and logging in, which isn't suitable for our needs. @Nam Nguyen - The concern is that we aim to avoid incorporating their personally identifiable information (PID) into the second survey. This is clearly stated in the information letters for our study, assuring participants that their PID is exclusively gathered in a distinct survey. There is no means of identifying the survey #2 takers, except for the researchers who can link the data based on the unique identifiers, namely the embedded "Response ID" from survey #1, when they download the data for analysis. Is there any other way that we can automate this procedure without passing PID from survey #1 to survey #2?
@dxconnamnguyen Emails are collected in Survey #1 and are not embedded into Survey #2. Nevertheless, we do embed the Response ID from Survey #1 into Survey #2. Also, both the Response ID and email address from Survey #1 are stored using contact list triggers. Is it possible to discover a workaround using this?
@dxconnamnguyen Thank you for the clarification. We didn't choose the "Prevent multiple submissions" option in our survey settings in order to allow people to use the same system to take our workplace-related survey. Upon reflection, we may reconsider this decision moving forward. I will need to discuss it with our research team. In any case, I now understand that multiple sessions were responsible for generating multiple responses from the same person.

@dxconnamnguyen I've attached a screenshot below. I use the "Retake Response" link, not the "Retake as New Response." The link generated by "Retake Response" already includes the query string &Q_R_DEL=1 at the end.Do you think opening different sessions of this retake link simultaneously, i.e., on a phone, then a computer, and in different locations, could cause any issues?Furthermore, it's worth mentioning that within the screenshot, there's a variable labeled "WorkerUniqueID." This variable essentially corresponds to the response ID of survey #1. Upon completing survey #1, participants are redirected to survey #2, which includes the embedded response ID of survey #1, the one displayed in the screenshot, and this second survey generates its own unique "Response ID." As you can observe, for the same participant, using the "Retake Response" resulted in three different response IDs.

@rondev Thanks for the solution you provided. It worked well for both single and multiple answer multiple choice question types. I found it better than other Qualtrics solutions, especially with its easy-to-use text box feature. One notable advantage is that when you select the text box, the background remains white, making it easy for users to type in.

Then, in the JavaScript of that specific question, I explicitly declared the QID instead of using "this.questionid".

When I updated the code as suggested, I noticed that the date picker is no longer accessible when I preview the survey. I understand that I need to call the class "your-element-class" again in the HTML of the question, but I am not sure where and how to do this. @dxconnamnguyen Thank you for your reply. To clarify, the problem is not that the contact information field is empty, leading to blank entries in the directory. Rather, the issue is that any entry that is not blank results in a corresponding blank entry being created.
@Shivamvig_sv I added the addOnUnload function to the code. However the issue still persists. Do you think the ‘In the Question text (HTML view)’ has something to do with this? I read that one should specify QID for any CSS/HTML. If that is the case, what would that look like?

Thank you @NiC and @MatthewM for your response. I agree with your suggestions and will take them into consideration. I will add them as separate questions: one matrix question that includes all the statements, and if the participant selects "yes," I will use display logic to show a second matrix with two questions on the same scale.

Yes, we do want to send the survey through redirect URL but unfortunately we are unable to find a way to send “response ID” from survey #1 to survey #2 while following this survey structure. Let us know otherwise.
@Naman_Savla - Hi, Will the solution #2 provided above still be sending an email to the participants with link to survey #2? “The email message should survey 2 url appended with response id of survey 1. Eg :- www.qualtrics.com/form/SV_12314414?uid=${e://Field/ResponseID}. This will send survey 2 to that person.“
