Tom_1842 I feel like this is so close to what I'm needing for an evaluation survey we have. Student teachers in our education program are evaluated via Qualtrics by the host teachers.The host teachers fill out the form, including the student teacher's name. The host teacher is not asked to include an email address for the student, so it isn't a question field that could be easily piped into a workflow for an email task.Ideally, when the form is submitted, a notification email would be sent to student, based on the student name the host teacher enters . Additionally, we would like to set up an automated email to the student's supervising faculty here at the college.Is it possible to use embedded data or contact lists to provide more information for the student so that conditions can be set up in a workflow. E.g. set up a workflow that is something like an if/then statement. If "Kayla Thomas" is evaluated, then send an email notification to the email address provided for Kayla in a

AmaraW I began using Actions a while back, so that I could get more comfortable with them (since the triggers are being phased out). I'm really impressed and think it's an easy to use and logical way to take care of triggers.😊
I recommend clearing your cache and cookies, then try again. To note, sometimes it doesn't change immediately. Perhaps after you clear your history, you wait a little bit and then see if it is resolved. There are times that I don't see an immediate response to a change.

I am also looking for clarification of the best way to handle group accounts. We have several departments that collaborate on projects. A common situation that occurs involves the ownership of these surveys when staff/faculty transfer positions, hand over the project to a new lead or leave the university. If I understand correctly, groups allow users to collaborate on projects they individually create (using their personal Qualtrics account). The ownership of these projects remain with the user who created them, correct? How does this play out with surveys that groups want several users to access for editing and viewing? Will users simply add the group as a collaborator, but the ownership doesn't change? Can anyone tell me if my understanding is correct or even provide an example of the use of group accounts? We had a similar issue (with a response missing in the list) and discrepancy in the response totals. As suggested above and demonstrated by @Ketonjo in a similar situation, we also added embedded data to the survey flow. After re-indexing, the missing response appeared and the discrepancy resolved. We also removed the temporary element in the survey flow afterwards. Thanks for everyone's comments. Helped a great deal.

@Ketonjo, did adding the embedded data correct the missing response? We have a survey that shows a discrepancy in the number of surveys completed. Additionally, a response appears in the exported CSV file, but is not visible as a recorded response in the Data & Analysis (Data) view. Is this similar to your initial issue? Thanks.

Usually, when I click the Preview button, the survey opens in a new tab for viewing and testing. Nothing opens now. This is why I thought it might be an issue with the browser. Some of my surveys, however, do open properly with the button. I refreshed the account as you suggested, but no change. Thanks for helping me work through this.
To add to my comment above, a coworker checked these surveys in her Qualtrics account and is experiencing similar issues. If you preview the survey from the Projects page (Action menu), it previews fine (in a pop-up window). Still, the preview button within the survey itself is not working. This is true for both Firefox and Chrome.
I am having a similar issue with the "preview" button, however, there is no consistency in the issue. It will work in some surveys, others it will not. I've made no changes to existing surveys where the preview has always worked, but now is not. I've tested in both Firefox and Chrome; same issue with each browser. I've checked settings/survey flow, etc. Nothing out of the ordinary. I am set as an administrator so should have no restrictions/quota. Any suggestions?
