I added a logic, so that if a student submits a request relevant to PC141 course, then the counter for Quota "PC141-Fall" is incremented by one.Now I want to make sure that if the same student submits the request for the second or the third time, the counter will not be incremented. Each student includes his/her student ID number in the form (that is survey).So I need the following: Quota creates a list of student IDs and for each new request adds a student ID to the list. If later a new request comes with the ID which is already in the list, then the Quota counter is not incremented. Is there an easy way of doing it with Qualtrics?
In my survey, most of the questions are binary. Can you explain what you mean about the SelectedChoices? I am checking answers to Question-1 , Question-2, Question-3, etc. and depending on these answers I do or do not append certain information to the embedded data variable ${e://Field/ My_multiline_text }. At the end, the embedded data is piped into the message body of the email trigger (triggered email) . So ${e://Field/ My_multiline_text } will depend on- and reflect the answers to the questions, but will not be just the collection of those answers.So it would be nice if the JS that captures the answer to Question-1 could be placed into Question-1 and the JS that captures the answer to Question-2 could be placed into Question-2 and so on.
It works. The only problem with such an approach is that the JS code to check the answer ${q://QID1/ChoiceGroup/SelectedChoices}" may not be placed into the question itself, but has to be placed into subsequent question.BTW, I had to put double quotes for "${e://Filed/My_multiline_text}"var new_text = "${e://Filed/My_multiline_text}" + "Hello baby";and, + "\\n" is not working. All the strings are appended to the same line. But it's not a big deal for me.
If what I asked for is not easily implementable , TOC is useless to me and even harmful as it is. It would just add confusion to my project

The help page (block) will have an option to submit a text message, which will be forwarded to the survey author (me) at my email address. I am concerned that it may be spammed by bots. I do not want to reveal my email address to respondents, either.

The block will not be the part of the normal survey flow.The design and visual appearance of the button does not matter. It can be just a clickable link. However, it will be located in the middle of the question, not the end. See below the question text with the button/link:"If you have found a discrepancy/error within the form, or if you believe that the form is malfunctioning in any way, please notify webadmin . Your message will be promptly reviewed and the form will be updated as nessesary. Bla-bla-bla"

If respondents begin my survey and reach, say, Question 10, but subsequently quit without finishing the survey, I want to count all those attempts. It's for my basic statistics only, I just want to know the total number of such attempts. It's similar to counting Web page visits.In the actual fact, my Qualtrics form is used as web submission form for students advising (not as survey per say). So I want to know how many students reach Question 10, but subsequently quit without submitting the form.In 'Recent Responses' in 'Distribution Summary', are only completed and submitted surveys are counted? Why 'Completion Rate' is shown as "N/A" ? See the attached screenshot.Likewise, in 'Data and Analysis', are only completed and submitted surveys are recorded and shown?Thanks!

I hope I can keep my existing email trigger indefinitely. Is it the correct assumption? My qualtrics form for student advising heavily relies on the email trigger. I do not see how I can replicate the same functionality without email trigger
