How do I, on my side, force respondents to reload my survey on their side?

I often, almost daily, update the content/questions in my survey.
However, to see the new (updated) content, respondents, on their side, have to reload the survey in their web browser.
How can I, on my side, force all of them to reload the survey on their side?
I do not care if partial responses will be lost. I do care that respondents see the updated content as soon as it's updated on my side.

Hi Alex_WLU ,
Generally speaking, if you delete all In Progress/Partial responses after you update the survey, then someone who had started (but not finished) the survey earlier would have to start over with the latest published version of the survey when they click the link.
