thanks @cmagg , I just had a quick look at the code itself. I don’t even know where to start.I tried getting support from Qualtrics with this, but they do not deal with this type of query/ custom code. Does anyone know what else I can do? I do not know coding and I think I will just mess things up.

I am not very technical minded, would you mind helping me a bit further?AM I adding the above script into the JavaScript section? basically replace the circled part with your script? and which elements of the script I need to personalise? replace questionId with QID23_TEXT ? and anything else?
Our internal IT teams can not help, Qualtrics support does not help with this. Does anyone know where I can go to ask for help?

@dxconnamnguyen by combined I want to be able to report one satisfaction score (all 7 point scale). What we do is:(Agent initial contact 6-7 + Agent confirmation 6-7 + Agent overall 6-7) / (Agent initial contact 1-7 + Agent confirmation 1-7 + Agent overall 1-7)
Assuming this question is for text entry question type. We can make use of default choice or use JS to set the empty text entry boxes with no response text in on page submit function. Thanks for your response, I am not very technical, not sure what JS I would need to use and would this work for multiple choice (not forced) questions?
@MikeW that is useful to know for the export function What about being able to see the seen but unanswered question in dashboards and for example report satisfaction on the graph for those who seen but not answered the question?

Does anyone know who I can change the background color for each of the button on the satisfaction scale? is there a code or do I need to request this from the Theme team?

thanks, this is very useful. I take it the code needs to go into the comment question? How do you get all 3 questions to display on one page? I haven't got page breaks and they are not showing on one page I have to click next to see each question

Hi @Samarth Thank you for your reply. The links are used by Third party who complete the survey when speaking to customers on the phone. They get message “New responses are no longer being collected.” ,despite not being completed and within the expiration period. What is strange as well, we provide them with 4 different lists and it's only one that's has failed. All 4 were produced the same way. Anna
