Sensitive data policy, Adding new topics, amending format, JSON file | XM Community

I am setting up the Sensitive Data Policy in Qualtrics and need some help. The NI number works, so does the email address. I need help amending formats for the phone numbers to match format of UK phone numbers, as well as adding a Date of birth topic and maybe a policy number topic. Also not sure if it’s possible but First and Last name. I do not know how to amend or create JSON files, when I tried amending the phone number format from exported JSON file, I was not able to save it as JSON file. Is there anyone here who could help me? or anyone who is from UK and might have the required topics saved? Thanks

Our internal IT teams can not help, Qualtrics support does not help with this. Does anyone know where I can go to ask for help?

Importing Custom Topics (qualtrics.com) Could be useful. I’m looking into this now myself as a beginner too

@AnnaP We open ours in notepad to edit and reupload.  If I recall the JSON file is all the keywords we want to block - so it acts as a library.

For phone numbers, account numbers,  under sensitive data policy that is done under the Regex Detector section where you upload the format of the types of data you need to block, as Qualtrics will use the format rather than an exact library to block or redact the input.

I am not from UK, but there should also be examples online you can copy and paste into it (not Qualtrics specific), as well as JSON files i.e. our profanity list started with an online library of keywords as JSON file.  When we need to add words, we edit in notepad, save and reupload.
