I have one population of customers that I want to display 2 different intercepts to ( Exit and Claim intercept), both trigered from URL containing /payment.I want sample rate 50% for Claim intercept and 50% for the Exit intercept. And I want the Claim intercept to take priority over the Exit intercept. So if customer fulfills both criteria he will be displayed the Claim intercept not the Exit one.Thank youAnna

Hi Anna,I am not sure if I understand correctly, but if I do, the target audience for the claim intercept has different conditions than for the Exit. So you could use actions set within the SI to recreate the conditions that you would like the claim to display.If what I am saying does not make sense, or I am missing the point, please feel free to share some scenarios where you would expect one vs the other SI to display.
