Hi PamKirsten I'm not sure about what you are asking specifically, but one alternative would be to set up online reports (they can be made password protected), and provide the link to each course coordinator. Ah, I see. Then, is there anything keeping you from just adding a field to your survey where you enter the identifying information? I'm assuming you have a name, ID, or something like that. I would just set up a field for this purpose and then join the data files in SPSS using that field.You could also theoretically still use a single survey, though it's a little more work-intensive. You'd program the survey to contain both the pre- and post-survey questions, including identifying information. Enter the pre-survey data for all participants. Then, when you have post-survey data, you can use the re-take survey link: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/data-and-analysis-module/retake-survey-link/The link retains the originally entered information, so you can just click through those pages and then enter the post-survey data once you get to those questions.

Hi JDM1052 I think the easiest way to do this would be to just create one survey with all your pre and post questions and enter both of the responses from each individual in a single survey response. This way, they will be paired together and you won't have to link across surveys. Would that work for you?
Hi MorganeC I understand you don't have a lot of design flexibility, but is there any reason why these couldn't be programmed as separate questions? Visually, I think you could get very close to the same appearance and layout.
Hi EvaS I don't know a good way to do this, but if you want the responses to be linked, why not just collect them in one survey? If they need to be separated into different data sets, that can be done pretty easily in Excel. And separate reports can be set up within Qualtrics.

I've benefitted from curbside pickup, and I'm guessing it's here to stay at many places. I admit I have some mixed feelings about it, because it evokes images of the dystopian future depicted in WALL-E. But it makes life so much easier on days when it's hard to find the time to walk up and down all the aisles at the store. I also think there are certain shopping experiences that will always have some magic that can't be replaced by online shopping and pickup, like browsing through treasures at an antique shop. But for my Target run? I'm very happy to be able to pick that up!

Hi swk I've never used reference surveys before. It seems like this would work from a quick review of the support page.But, another alternative would be to remove the reference surveys and just customize the end of survey element to redirect your respondents to the links to your surveys. So, they would click the link, be assigned to a group, and then immediately be directed to the end of survey and subsequently, to the survey in the language they've been assigned to.
Hi JSwenson it depends on how you want to administer the survey. Assuming you are using the anonymous link, the default settings will allow anyone to use respond to the survey as many times as you want. If this isn't working as expected, double check that you have turned off the "Prevent multiple responses" setting under options --> security.
I thought I would like all-remote, all the time, but the past year or so has taught me different! My ideal now would be to go in office for two days a week or so, in order to connect informally with colleagues and have in-person meetings. Then I'd love to be home the other three days, with the goal of doing more focused and uninterrupted work.And then of course, I would love the flexibility to decide day-to-day as things come up...inclement weather, appointments, etc.

My instinct is that a good product will be easy to use and will demonstrate immediate value to adopters, and then, you don't have to try as hard to get people to adopt. But I think in practice it may be more complicated than that. People get used to old systems and approaches. So, how do you promote adoption? Hmm, curious to hear what approaches others might take, but here's what I would do:Set up your average score using survey scoring.At the end of your survey flow, add an embedded data field equal to the score's weighted mean (let's call this avgscore).Use branch logic to assign a new embedded data field (let's call this scorecat) to each respondent based on avgscore, assigning scorecat equal to low or high (one branch for each category).Create a survey action to send a report to each respondent after submitting their survey, piping in the relevant score info.There isn't a way to create individualized reports in standard Qualtrics (as opposed to 360), but you can do a lot using auto-emails in survey actions. Alternatively, you could export your data and do a mail merge.I'm not sure I follow why you want to filter, particularly in individual reports, but if you have your embedded data fields described above set up as "number set" or "text set" variables, you should be able to filter by th

I think you could go with your Email Task option, and a workaround to the missing scoring fields in piped text would be to create embedded data fields for your scores. So, in your survey flow, you'd add embedded data fields at the end of the survey, and set the values from the scoring section. (You need to create the scores first.) Then, in your email, you should be able to pipe in the embedded data field.Another alternative would be to export your data to Excel and set up a mail merge outside of Qualtrics entirely.
Hi PatriciaRM it sounds like you're using a Matrix Table for this, with the Bipolar type selected? I would just switch it to a Likert type, which will allow you to label each scale point.Otherwise, this might be possible with custom code.

Each link can only be used once, but anyone who clicks the link first can use it, so if the copied person uses the link, it won't work anymore.
