Sending out customized reports of the survey (for teacher evaluations)

Hi PamKirsten I'm not sure about what you are asking specifically, but one alternative would be to set up online reports (they can be made password protected), and provide the link to each course coordinator. They would be able to access the latest data anytime they want.

ClairJ thank you so much for your reply! Looking at the link I think it could definitely be a good option! However, when I go to my qualtrics account I cannot find the option to make a public report (it is not where it should be according to the link). Do you maybe know if there is anything I would need to do or whether it requires some kind of upgrade?

Hmm, I thought it was a standard feature. Just to make sure, you are in the Results section and clicking on the Share Results menu? I think this would be one to run past Qualtrics support!
