Hi community,I have survey datas that come from a previous study (that was not conduct with Qualtrics platform) and I want to import it and make a dashboard with tese results. My data include a weight variable for each respondent and I need to reuse it.Is there a way to use my own custom weight for all my respondents ?Thanks,Élie
Hi Community,I'm trying to find is a contact exists in my XM directory based on an email provided by a respondant in an anonymous survey. The "Load XM Directory Contact Detail" task seems to be the one to implement but it requires a contactID witch is like "CID_09ceIzM6caOZPTw"No chance to get this ID in a survey without piping it in from Directory (and in this case, the task is useless !Does anyone have any experience with this task or any idea to resolve my issue ?Here is an example of the task configuration window :Thanks,Élie D
Did you ever imagine a way to input new contact data from a survey ? My use case : Imagine an employee Exit survey (EX Lifecycle)HR system are not always updated in real time and you should want a living employee to complete his exit survey within his/her last week on his/her position instead of 3-4 weeks later.I’d like to set up a survey for the manager to input living employee information and triggering the exit survey just in time. I’m pretty sure there are a lot of similar situations in CX platform too. If you find a way to do that, I’d like to know it.And if you have similar applications, please share your use cases.
Hi EX experts ! I’m setting up an automation for adding new participants to my lifecycle onboarding project.Basically, I want to include all new employees based on their start date (“Date embauche” in my example below)Quite easy to configure. My issue is : how I can avoid to invite existing employees when I’ll import them in the Employee directory ?Conditions are limited to delays :I can’t set up a condition based on the date I launch my survey, for example. I can’t neither check if a metadata is existing or empty. Here is a screenshot of the interface…If someone have any idea
In my effort to send questions at the right place, I was searching for an EX lifecycle category in the forum but it doesn’t exists !I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one interrested by this subject 😋
Hi,Does anyone ever made an integration with Dayforce in the EX platform ?I have to estimate the work but don't know this HMS
As the title says : I want to customize the opt-out confirmation with the name or logo of my company. Is there a way to do that in this page ?
Hi dear community,3 hours on this problem, but can't find a solution, so I really need your help.I have an engagement survey (just like described in the best practices) and a dashboard (in with I want to add a tob/bottom metric)My questions use a disagree/agree 5 points scale.Because some questions were numbered as 1-5 and some others as 6-10 or 11-15 etc..., I use the recode value option to uniformize :Exportation of my survey data with numeric values confirm that the recoded values are good. But the scales in the dashboard seems to continue using the original values...I have more than one scale for the disagree/agree questions. The problem is when I try to use a category regrouping variables with different scales : I can't chose top/bottom box cause the overall scale goes from the lowest value to the highest one
Hi everybody,I want to be sure that my questions will be well displayed in every condition if I choose to display them horizontally. On the support page, it is explained that on mobile and smaller desktop screens, this setting will revert back to vertical, witch is OK for me.(see https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/editing-questions/question-types-guide/standard-content/multiple-choice/#Positions)But the expert review give me a poor score cause all of these questions are tagged as non mobile optimized :So my question is : Should I avoid to use this feature or is it OK ?
