Is there a way to export a list of all your projects as they appear on the projects screen (type, project name, creation date, responses, etc.) into a spreadsheet? Each year, we have to submit a list of surveys we've created and it would be easier to export than type them all out.

I have a survey that some people took once and some people took twice. I do not want to delete any of the raw data, but I want to build out a Vocalize report that only shows results from a person's first survey response. Is there an easy way to do this? I can't find a way to filter on Response ID, which would work.
I have a survey that students can access either by the link received in their email or a QR code that they scan in their dorm. Either way, the student is asked to enter their email to authenticate against the contact list. I send daily reminders and just realized that the students who scan the QR code are still getting reminders after completing the survey while the students who access it via email are not. I have a contact list trigger set up to unsubscribe the student if their email is not blank, but either I did that wrong or it is just not working. I added myself as a test student and completed the survey using the QR code. I still received a reminder email this morning, but when I tried to access the survey it told me I had already completed it...so I know it's working somewhere along the line--just not with my reminders. Any advice/ideas?
We are in the process of writing out a set of guidelines for students who need Qualtrics Research Core accounts in order to do research studies for class. Do any of you have established, written guidelines in place that you'd be willing to share? What procedure do you follow to set-up and monitor student accounts? What problems, if any, have you run into? Thanks in advance!
I have tried multiple times to upload a contact list. Each time I get the following error message (see below). As far as I can tell there is nothing wrong with the emails in the list--there are no leading or trailing spaces and the heading is just "Email". Has anyone else run into this before? Does anyone have troubleshooting suggestions? !
I have several questions in a survey that are in a matrix table where respondents enter whole numbers and they are added along each row to reflect a constant sum. This works fine if I'm exporting the raw data, but I cannot find a way to map this into Vocalize. Has anyone run up against this issue before? Have you found a way to make it work? Thanks in advance!
I've got a survey that collects the current date in the survey flow. I'd like to use that date in display logic for certain questions so that one of them only shows up in the month of May and another one of them does not show up in May, June, July, or August. Is this even possible? I can't find a way to parse out the month from the embedded date field.
I have a simple table in Vocalize with a list of questions in the rows and averages showing in four different columns (for four different semesters). The "Semester" is an embedded field. Right now the columns are automatically sorting alphabetically so it goes Fall 2017, Spring 2018, Summer 2017, Summer 2018. I need these to be in chronological order but I cannot figure out how to do a custom sort...any suggestions?
Is it possible to create separate QR codes for different blocks in the same survey? The scenario: We have multiple sessions offered during freshman orientation. We want students to scan a QR code as they leave the session to complete a set of questions about that session in particular. Then they go to the next session and do the same thing. I'd like to have a block of questions for each section and for the QR code to direct them to that block, but I'm not sure this is possible. I'd also like to have them authenticate with SSO each time they scan a code so I can keep their results together. I don't want to use the QR code for the whole survey then have students select the session from a drop down because they may select the wrong one. I also don't want to have 20 different surveys with 20 different QR codes... Has anyone tackled a scenario like this? I'm open to alternative ideas if the QR code won't work!
I'm editing the stop words for a word cloud in vocalize and I have removed every contraction I can think of that contains an "n't" element yet it is still appearing in my word cloud. Vocalize seems to recognize it as it's own separate word. I also added the pieces n't, n', and 't to my stop words, but it persists. Has anyone found a way around this? Does anyone know why it is not recognized in my stop word list?
We use Vocalize to share course evaluation dashboards with faculty, but the comments are creating a tricky situation for me. I have the comments displayed in a response ticker widget, but when faculty try to export their vocalize comments page as a PDF, it only shows what is visible on the screen. As a workaround, I instruct them to download the _widget_ as a CSV and then save it as a PDF, but they are not liking this multi-step process. Has anyone found an easier way? Would another widget work better?
We all know that looooooong surveys make it difficult to get adequate responses. I work for a university, and our system office requires us to send out several surveys per year, each with a long list of mandated questions. The surveys take about 30 minutes to complete and response rates are dismal. However, this year they changed the policy to allow us to select our own questions. My plan is conduct a survey audit over the course of the next month. I have gone through each survey, determined which departments on campus would use each question, and will send the lists of questions out for departments to review. They have to indicate whether or not they use each question for assessment, and if so, tell us how. This way, we can exclude the questions that are not useful. Does anyone else regularly audit their surveys and/or survey questions? If so, how do you go about doing that? Is the process useful? I will post a follow-up on this once the audit is complete...
I have a number set field called "Course Number" and I want to group them together based on the first number. For instance, anything between 1000 and 1999 should be grouped into the "1000's" group and 2000 to 2999 in the "2000's group", etc. Is this even possible in Vocalize? If so, how can I accomplish it? Maybe by using javascript? The course number is an embedded data field so that may also be important to consider...
Okay, here is the project I have been tasked with: We want to send out a survey to students using individual links sent via email using a contacts list. The contacts list will also have embedded data (demographics and such) that I will add in the survey flow. However, for the last 3 days of the survey, students will have access to both an anonymous link and a QR code (distributed by their resident advisors) to use to complete the survey. Question: _Is there a way to link the responses completed via the anonymous links/QR codes to the embedded data IF students have to enter their email address or ID number to authenticate?_ I was thinking maybe I could start the survey flow with a branch that says if they use an anonymous link/QR code, they have to enter their email, but if they use an individual link, they skip right to the questions (if that's possible).
Is there a way to reverse code only specific questions in a Matrix table or do I need to write every item separately as a multiple choice question and then reverse code the appropriate ones?
