I have a requirement to populate multiple values for a contact list attribute, let us name it Portfolio Area(PA). If I maintain the values as say PA1,PA2 against a contact. Below is my requirement:I need to populate the contract attribute value in one of the existing survey. When we create a CX dashboard and build a filter on this field, I would like to see PA1, PA2 as options. When I select PA1, I would like to see all records that had value as only PA1 or PA1 and PA2. How can I achieve it ?Thanks in advance.
I have a workflow with following steps: I have set the start date in year 9999 and I execute it only when I want to.It has been running fine so far now.yesterday, when I ran it manually, it went to queue for EXTRACT DATA FROM DATA PROJECT and is not proceeding further.When I tried to select the workflow and say RERUN WORKFLOWS, nothing happened.What can I do ? We have a couple of surveys that use SDS (from data & analysis tab of survey) today for MANAGE AUTOCOMPLETE in another survey. The migration to new SDS (Library) is fine.However, the problem is with automatic updates section (Refer to link for AUTOMATIC UPDATE section). My requirement is that I need the entire data of SDS survey that was currently used in my Library SDS as well. Under extractor task, EXTRACT RESPONSE FROM SURVEY as per tutorial only extracts delta data post last run. And the new LOAD TO SDS task created can only overwrite the data in new SDS. This means if I run the workflow, the new data would overwrite the old data. Which extractor task (or any other task) can I use to export entire data from SDS survey to the Library SDS each time the workflow runs. Kindly help asap as we have only 1 week left to complete the changes.Thanks in advance.
Hi,I have an embedded field in underlying survey (datasource) of a CX dashboard that I have added in CX dashboard data. I would like to set a page filter against this field such that I can see only those records that has BLANK value in that field. And I would like to lock the filter.Since it is a newly added field, there is no data in yet and hence no value list appears in filter.Kindly suggest how can I do it.Thanks in advance. Hi, When a respondent is responding to a survey, there are few messages that come up by default, for example in the below cases :In a question with REQUEST RESPONSE, if respondent doesn’t enter/select any value, standard message is displayed that response was not provided If a survey link is kept open and no activity takes place, a message comes up.Where can I see those messages and can we have custom messages ? When we choose Count Metric, it shows the Response count whereas I need to consider each account only once. It doesnt let us select COUNT AT CUSTOMER level in metric.For example, say below is the response count of each customer:Cust1 - 5Cust2 - 10Cust3 - 5I want to show the value 3 instead of 20 in my dashboard. Hi,I have a workflow with XM Directory task.In the e-mail body, the standard survey link shown is as below:${l://SurveyLink?d=Take the Survey}I have 2 embedded fields that I would like to append as query string to the above link. The embedded fields query string is :QDesc=${e://Field/Quote_desc}&QNo=${e://Field/Quote_No} I want the text : Take the Survey to be displayed and the link attached to it. So the user can click on Take the Survey and the survey opens with these parameters passed.I have been struggling to achieve this. Also note that QDesc can have blank spaces within value.Kindly help. Hi,I have an requirement in which a survey has to be triggered with an e-mail including survey link. Below are the details of e-mail format:There are around 100 customer contacts whose email address is available in directory. There are 3 fields, let us say A, B (not part of contact list) and e-mail address (part of e-mail address) that is every time provided by the person who wants to trigger the survey. Each time , the person who triggers the survey, would enter A, B and e-mail address. A and B would become part of e-mail body. The e-mail address needs to get validated from the contact list if it is a valid customer contact and if yes, the e-mail is sent. If its a single recipient at a time, then it is straight forward. I want the person to be able to trigger e-mail to multiple recipients at same time. I explored the option of DISTRIBUTION of survey, but we would like to provide an interface to them rather than asking them to use DISTRIBUTION. Is there any way where a interface is
Hi,There is a scenario where in I need to update survey metadata of an existing survey response. The fields that need to be updated are start, end and response date. The documentation states it cannot be changed. As the customer has provided feedback for previous quarter today, it is reflecting in this quarter in dashboard. Hi, I created a key drivers widget. The outcome metric was the NPS score. And the key drivers are a set of questions that are part of matrix table (each of them mapped as numeric field in source mapping). When I try to use the analysis method as Pearson, it shows output. But when I try to create Relative importance for same set of outcome and driver metric, it shows UNEXPECTED ERROR. I read in the link : https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/widgets/other-widgets/key-driver-widget/that Relative importance doesn’t support measure group. Since my driver metrics are all part of matrix table, it is getting considered as measure group and hence not showing output ? Hi, I have a block which has following:NPS question Open text for NPS I would like to store the value chosen in NPS question and change the display text of Open Text depending on whether it is passive, promoter and detractor (same question with just text changed).The question is : In survey flow it is letting me set value of embedded field - NPS_Open_Text with branch logic only between 2 blocks. This means NPS question and Open text would appear in 2 different pages as I had to move them to 2 blocks. But I need it in same page. How can I achieve it ?.Regards,Neha Tank

I have added a custom data field in the data table.I would like to download the responses, add value in the newly added custom data field and import them back. Below are my queries:What happens to the survey metadata like Recorded date, Response ID, status ? Can I upload the exported values back to system so that no new rows are inserted ? Dear Experts,I am a beginner in Qualtrics.I have a survey with responses already recorded. There are 3 open text fields that might be in German or English language. Since Qualtrics uses Google translate to translate languages (which is not allowed as per our org. policy), we need to manually create 3 custom fields to store the translated language text (In English). Below are my questions:How can I upload the translated data in the respective newly created data fields without impacting the Recorded date ? Is it even possible ? I am assuming it would append a new record.(I have not tried it out yet). Is there any other round about solution to have a formula based custom field where I can get the translated result from Deepl.com and have it populated in the new field ?
