I've imported 3k historical data responses and I've not created any filters yet, I tried using Describe, Relate etc to analyze the data and I'm unable to view any info, below are the screenshots for reference. Hi Experts, I would like to understand the architecture on establishing the connection with SF for a seamless data flow. I believe currently SF with Qualtrics via API is not possible, or may be if possible with out-of-box solutions then pls explain! Regards Pradyp
Hi Experts,I'd like to check if any of you have come across this scenario on how to restrict the access of survey responses within a Company/Division/Department/Location level.To add more background to my question, business has multiple Divisions & locations with admins assigned, for ex:Division A with Location XYZ has a admin and must only see responses within his division & locationDivision B with Location ABC has a admin and must only see response within his division & location.what I see is that we cannot restrict the Data & Analysis access for all these admins based on participants division or location wise. Instead we either disable the Data & Analysis tab or you grant them with all data access, or may be I might be wrong here. Apparently filtering option is not the solution we are looking for, instead we want to restrict them at a permission level. Is there any way that we can achieve this? Hi Experts,Is it possible to trigger alert notifications based on participant metadata field “department” for ex: HR Department, etc. Considering the above, we are looking to trigger a alert notification based on the key words we configured within 5 topics, and also want to control this trigger based on department level. For ex: if a participant is from department “Human Resources” and responds the survey with a negative keyword, only then we want this alert to be triggered and notified to HR Department team. In this case they get to know from which department this participant was working and can act upon it. Note. Since all the participants are loaded into Qualtrics with metadata (company, department, location, etc.) we are not collecting such information within a survey question.Appreciate if you can share some suggestions and workaround here, thank you and have a good day J
Hi Experts, I'm trying to import few people into my employee directory and it is not working as expected. Down the line I'm looking for the automation to import people via SFTP, but at the moment I want to upload them manually to test, here's the import message shown below ! I've download the sample file format and have inserted few employees within for testing ! ! I did try to change the fields/columns within the file and nothing has worked. Hi Experts, I'm facing some weird issues in my new instance, where Legacy importer feature is not visible within my EX platform, ! however after multiple attempts i finally got to see Legacy importer, but this time, there is a new issue - Import option got disabled. ! ! there are many such cases where like Stats iQ and other features within Data & Analysis tab are not working. I tried creating Engagement survey, Life cycle survey, Feedback survey to try my luck, but the results were not appropriate ! ! ! Just wanted to check if anyone of you has faced such issues before. Hi Experts, I'm trying to import historical data where during my initial load I was successful to import only X-Data and performed data & analysis with Stats IQ and Text IQ. Now I would like to combine X+O data by adding demographic information so that i can have a holistic view in my analysis. Currently when I'm importing the data, X data responses are successfully getting loaded, however the O data is getting skipped. ! Does anyone have an idea on how to load them? Currently I've no participants data created, since it's for a historical data, however the intention is to view the responses of the historic participants with their responses. I'm thinking quite few options here as well, like loading historic participants as well and then pull the information in data and analysis (if it works in this case). Hi Experts, I'm currently working on a pilot project where we have a requirement to integrate Qualtrics with Glassdoor. Can anyone share me some ideas on how to achieve this? I assume using Qualtrics API we can work on this, but I'm not sure about the process flow and steps. Hi Experts, I'm using Pick, Group and Rank question type with multiple selection items in the list, where i only need 3 items to be dragged into the group. Currently I've created only one group as per the requirement. I did use the validation type as "must select" and configured at least - 3 and No more than - 3 ! and when previewing the same question I'm able to drag more than 3 in the group. ! Can you please help me, how to fix this? await for your valuable suggestions 😀
Hi Experts, I Would like to enable Distributions tab, although I'm having the Brand Administrator access, but still i don't find this feature enabled, and also I don't find this anywhere in my account or may be I've overlooked it. It will be great if you can help me on how to make it active.
